Landing in Singapore for business or a holiday still means clearing the arrivals hall and then finding a way into the city. This pickup removes that step: your driver is waiting for you at Changi Airport as soon as you land, ready to take you straight to your Singapore hotel.

Your driver holds a name sign in the arrivals hall and helps carry your bags out to the vehicle, which you can book as a shared ride or a private car depending on your budget and group size. Every driver knows the city's routes well, so you are taken directly to your hotel without detours. Give your flight number, hotel address and vehicle preference when you book, and select a pickup time of 2.5 hours after your flight's scheduled landing to allow for immigration and baggage claim.

Rayna's own Singapore team manages the pickup end to end, so you have someone to call if your flight changes. The service runs between 7 am and 10 pm, and free waiting time is 5 minutes for shared rides or 15 minutes for private ones.

The ride into the city
Your driver takes you straight from Changi to your accommodation. Give your exact hotel address and vehicle preference when you book, since the vehicle is confirmed in advance rather than picked on the day.
Drop off at your hotel
This service covers drop-offs in Geylang Lorong 1 to 22, Little India, Orchard, Tanjong Pagar, Chinatown and at Village Hotel Bugis. Addresses outside those areas are not part of this transfer.
