Our team will review and verify your documents and confirm if anything further is required before proceeding.
Step 3 — Entry Route Confirmation & Application Completion Our visa consultants will confirm the correct entry route applicable to your specific passport nationality and residency status:
For UAE & KSA Nationals — Visa Exempt: No application, no PAR, and no visa of any kind is required. Our team will advise you on the standard entry requirements — valid passport, return ticket, and proof of sufficient funds — so you are fully prepared upon arrival in Hong Kong.
For Indian Nationals & Indian Passport Holders — PAR Route: Our team will accurately complete and submit your Pre-Arrival Registration (PAR) through the official HKSAR Immigration Department portal — www.immd.gov.hk — on your behalf. The PAR is completely free of charge and is processed entirely online — no embassy visit or passport submission is required at any stage.
For Visa-Required Nationalities — Traditional Sticker Visa: For Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Sri Lankan, Nepalese, and other visa-required nationality passport holders, our team will prepare a complete application file and submit it to the nearest Chinese Embassy or Consulate General on your behalf. The original passport must be submitted to the Chinese Embassy for visa stamping — our team will coordinate the submission and collection process and advise you on the complete procedure and expected timeline.
Step 4 — Tracking & Visa Delivery Our dedicated coordination team will actively monitor the status of your application and keep you informed at every stage.
For PAR applicants: Upon successful completion, the PAR confirmation will be sent directly to your registered email address. Present this confirmation to the airline at check-in and to immigration officers upon arrival in Hong Kong.
For sticker visa applicants: Once approved, the physical visa sticker will be affixed into your passport by the Chinese Embassy or Consulate. Your passport will be returned to you directly through Rayna Tours. Present the passport with the visa sticker at the Hong Kong port of entry.

Hong Kong — Visa Overview
About Hong Kong
Hong Kong is one of the world's most extraordinary and dynamic destinations — a Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China that stands in a class entirely its own. Perched on the southern coast of China along the Pearl River Delta, Hong Kong is a city of breathtaking contrasts — where gleaming glass skyscrapers rise above ancient temples, world-class fine dining sits steps from legendary dai pai dong street food stalls, and ultra-modern infrastructure coexists with timeless Cantonese traditions that have endured for centuries.
The iconic Victoria Harbour — one of the most beautiful natural harbours in the world — frames one of the planet's most spectacular urban skylines, best experienced from the Peak Tram ascending Victoria Peak or from the famous Symphony of Lights show that illuminates the harbour nightly. Tsim Sha Tsui, Mong Kok, Causeway Bay, and Central pulse with extraordinary energy — offering some of Asia's finest shopping, dining, and nightlife. The Star Ferry crossing the harbour remains one of the world's great short journeys. Lantau Island enchants with the serene Giant Buddha at Po Lin Monastery, the traditional fishing village of Tai O, and the thrills of Hong Kong Disneyland. The colourful Temple Street Night Market, the Man Mo Temple, the heritage streets of Sheung Wan, and the hiking trails of the New Territories reveal a Hong Kong that goes far beyond its reputation as a shopping capital. A global financial hub, an international aviation gateway, and one of the world's great culinary destinations, Hong Kong is a city of extraordinary sophistication and depth.
What is a Hong Kong Visit Visa?
The Hong Kong visit visa is an official travel authorisation issued by the Immigration Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) of the People's Republic of China. Depending on the applicant's passport nationality, entry into Hong Kong is possible through one of three distinct routes — Visa Exemption, Pre-Arrival Registration (PAR), or a Traditional Sticker Visa. Understanding which route applies to your passport is the most critical first step before making any travel arrangements.
Is There an eVisa for Hong Kong?
This is one of the most frequently misunderstood aspects of Hong Kong travel. The answer is — No — Hong Kong does not operate a fully digital eVisa system for most nationalities. Unlike many modern destinations that issue visas as PDF documents sent by email, Hong Kong issues traditional physical sticker visas through Chinese diplomatic and consular missions abroad. The only digital pre-travel system available in Hong Kong is the Pre-Arrival Registration (PAR) — which is exclusively for Indian nationals and allows visa-free entry upon successful online registration. For all other visa-required nationalities, a physical sticker visa must be obtained through the nearest Chinese Embassy or Consulate before travel.
Three Entry Routes — Hong Kong
Route 1 — Visa Exemption (No Visa, No Application, No eVisa Required)
A large number of nationalities — including UAE and Saudi Arabian nationals — are on Hong Kong's official visa-free list and may enter Hong Kong without any visa, eVisa, or application of any kind. Entry is granted simply on presentation of the valid passport at the Hong Kong port of entry.
UAE Nationals — Visa-Free: UAE nationals holding an Emirati passport are on Hong Kong's official visa-free list — confirmed from the official HKSAR Immigration Department — immd.gov.hk. UAE nationals may enter Hong Kong visa-free for stays of up to 30 days per visit. No visa, no eVisa, no PAR, and no application of any kind is required. Entry is granted on presentation of the valid Emirati passport.
KSA Nationals — Visa-Free: Saudi Arabian nationals holding a Saudi passport are on Hong Kong's official visa-free list — they may enter Hong Kong visa-free for stays of up to 90 days per visit — the longest visa-free period among all three Rayna markets. No visa, no eVisa, no PAR, and no application of any kind is required.
Route 2 — Pre-Arrival Registration (PAR) Applicable exclusively to Indian Nationals
Indian Nationals — Special PAR System: India is on Hong Kong's official visa-free list — Indian nationals may visit Hong Kong visa-free for stays of up to 14 days per visit. However this is subject to one critical mandatory condition — Indian nationals must apply for and successfully complete the Pre-Arrival Registration (PAR) online before they can visit or transit Hong Kong. Without a successfully completed PAR, Indian nationals will not be permitted to enter Hong Kong even for a short visit — regardless of how short the intended stay is.
What exactly is the PAR? The PAR is a fully digital online pre-travel registration system introduced by the HKSAR Immigration Department specifically for Indian nationals. It is not a visa — it is a pre-travel clearance that allows Indian nationals to enter Hong Kong visa-free. Here are the key facts confirmed from the official HKSAR Immigration Department portal:
Who must apply for PAR?
Route 3 — Traditional Sticker Visa For visa-required nationalities not on the visa-free or PAR list
Nationalities that are not on Hong Kong's visa-free list and do not qualify for the PAR must apply for a traditional physical sticker visa before travel. This is a physical visa affixed into the passport by the nearest Chinese Embassy or Consulate.
How is a Hong Kong sticker visa obtained?
Pakistani Nationals — Sticker Visa Required: Pakistani nationals are required to hold a valid Hong Kong sticker visit visa for all purposes including tourism, business, and transit. This is a very important point for Rayna's UAE and KSA markets — where Pakistani passport holders form a significant portion of the client base.
The only exception is Pakistani Diplomatic and Official passport holders — they may visit Hong Kong visa-free for up to 30 days.
All other Pakistani passport holders — including UAE and KSA residents holding Pakistani passports — must obtain a Hong Kong sticker visa through the Chinese Embassy or Consulate before travel.
Bangladeshi, Sri Lankan, Nepalese, Myanmar Nationals — Sticker Visa Required: These nationalities are also required to hold a valid Hong Kong sticker visit visa for all purposes. Only Diplomatic and Official passport holders from these countries may visit visa-free for up to 14 days. All ordinary passport holders must obtain a sticker visa before travel.
