Universal Studios Singapore is a movie-themed park on Sentosa Island, and the first and only Universal Studios park in Southeast Asia. It is divided into seven zones, and a full visit typically takes a full day, from opening at 10 am to closing at 8 pm.

The Hollywood zone recreates the boulevard of the original in Los Angeles, while New York captures the energy of the city with its own street sets. In Ancient Egypt, rides such as Revenge of the Mummy and Treasure Hunters send you through tomb-themed sets, and the zone connects to the Lost World, home to the Waterworld stunt show and the Jurassic Park Rapids Adventure. Sci-Fi City is built around a pair of dueling roller coasters that climb to about 42.7 meters, and Far Far Away brings fairy-tale rides such as Enchanted Airways and the Shrek 4-D Adventure. The Madagascar zone rounds things off with rides based on the film's characters, Alex, Marty, Melman and Gloria, set among recreated jungle scenery.

2. Check your spam or junk folder if it has not arrived, and contact our support team if needed.
3. Read the instructions and terms on your ticket.
4. Present the ticket for scanning at the venue to enter.

• Carry a valid photo ID or passport, as it must be shown at the entrance.
• If you do not report on time, it is treated as a no-show, with no rescheduling or refund.
• Strollers and wheelchairs are available to rent at the park on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
• Provide the exact hotel address at booking if you have selected a transfer.
• Roundtrip hotel transfer, where selected, runs between 7:30 am and 10:00 pm and picks up from Geylang Lor 1-22, Little India, Orchard, Tanjong Pagar, Chinatown and Village Hotel Bugis.
