Forwarding applications to the authorized Taiwan Visa Center or TECRO office
We do not have authority to influence or alter visa decisions made by the Taipei Economic & Cultural Representative Office (TECRO) or any authorized Taiwan immigration body.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or rejection arising from:
- Missing, inaccurate, or incomplete documents
- Failure to meet Taiwan’s immigration criteria
- Sudden changes in embassy procedures
- System or appointment unavailability
- Public holidays or unforeseen closures
Any related losses or expenses will be borne solely by the applicant.
2. Documentation Requirements
It is your duty to:
- Provide a passport valid for at least six (6) months from the date of travel
- Ensure all submitted information is truthful and accurate
- Submit required documents within the stated deadlines
- Disclose any previous visa rejections, immigration issues, or criminal records
You authorize us to review and forward your documents to the appropriate Taiwan visa authority.
We will exercise reasonable care to return your original documents after processing.
You must review all returned documents and visa stamps immediately and report any errors on the same day. Failure to report will be considered acceptance.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by late or incomplete documentation
- Rejections due to undisclosed personal history
- Any changes in travel plans not communicated beforehand
3. Visa Fees & Payment
Visa fees generally include:
- Official Taiwan visa fee (non-refundable)
- Service/processing charges
- Optional add-on services (courier, SMS updates, printing, insurance, etc.)
- All fees must be paid in full before application submission.
- Visa fees and service charges may change without prior notice according to embassy regulations.
- Once payment is processed, it is non-transferable.
4. Processing Time
Taiwan visa processing times differ depending on:

- Local and Taiwan holidays
All processing times provided by us are estimates, not guarantees. Unexpected delays may occur, and we are not responsible for any financial losses (such as ticket or hotel cancellations) caused by such delays.
Applicants are strongly advised not to book non-refundable travel arrangements until the visa is approved, unless required by the embassy.
5. Visa Approval or Rejection
Visa approval is exclusively at the discretion of:

We cannot guarantee:
Visa approval
Visa validity period
Number of entries
Duration of stay
A rejected application does not entitle the applicant to a refund of visa or service fees.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All visa fees paid to TECRO are non-refundable after submission.
Service fees may be partially refundable only if the application has not been forwarded to the embassy/visa center.
Administrative charges will be deducted from any refundable amount.
No refunds are issued for:
Rejections
Delays beyond our control
Changes in Taiwan visa rules
Applications withdrawn after submission
Refunds for payments older than one month may be offered only as service credit, not cash.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy and protect your personal information in accordance with data protection laws.
Your documents and data are used solely for visa processing and are shared only with authorized Taiwan visa authorities or as required by law.
We do not sell, misuse, or share your information with third parties for unrelated purposes.
8. Intellectual Property
