For India Market:
Our team will prepare your complete application file and guide you through the Gateway International appointment booking process at the nearest authorised centre in your city — confirming the correct jurisdiction before booking. The applicant is required to visit the Gateway International centre in person for submission. Apply at least 6 to 8 weeks before the intended travel date — peak season (June to September) appointment slots fill up 3 to 4 weeks in advance.

Step 4 — VFS / Gateway International Submission
On the day of your appointment · visit the VFS Global or Gateway International centre with your complete original document file as prepared by Rayna Tours. Biometric enrolment — fingerprints and photograph — is mandatory for all Turkey sticker visa applicants at all UAE VFS centres. Your passport will be retained for the duration of processing and returned to you once the decision is made.

Step 5 — Tracking & Visa Delivery

What is a Turkey Sticker Visa?

A Turkey Sticker Visa is a physical visa affixed directly into the applicant's passport by the Turkish Embassy or Consulate — issued following an in-person application submitted at the authorised VFS Global Visa Application Centre in the applicant's country of residence. The sticker visa is the mandatory route for nationalities that are not eligible for the Turkey eVisa — or for applicants who do not hold a qualifying Schengen · US · UK · or Ireland visa required for eVisa eligibility.

Two distinct Turkey visa routes exist — the correct route must be confirmed before applying:

Route 1 — Turkey eVisa (Online — evisa.gov.tr):
For direct-eligibility nationalities — and for nationalities holding a valid qualifying Schengen · US · UK · or Ireland visa. Applied entirely online — no embassy or VFS visit required. See the separate Turkey eVisa page for full details.

Route 2 — Turkey Sticker Visa (This Page):
For all nationalities not eligible for the eVisa — and for Indian · Pakistani · Bangladeshi · Nigerian and other such nationalities who do NOT hold a valid qualifying Schengen · US · UK · or Ireland visa. Applied in person through the authorised VFS Global Visa Application Centre in the applicant's country of residence — appointment booking mandatory.

Important — Effective 1 March 2026:
Indian · Pakistani · Bangladeshi · and Nigerian nationals previously eligible for the Turkey eVisa on the basis of a UAE Residence Visa alone are now required to also hold a valid Schengen · US · UK · or Ireland visa or residence permit to use the eVisa route. Without this qualifying document — the Turkey Sticker Visa through VFS Global is the mandatory route.

Who Needs the Turkey Sticker Visa?

UAE Nationals — Visa Free:
UAE nationals holding a valid Emirati passport may enter Turkey without any visa for up to 90 days within any 180-day period. No sticker visa · no eVisa · no application required.

UAE Residents — Sticker Visa:
For UAE residents whose passport nationality is not on the Turkey eVisa eligible list — or for Indian · Pakistani · Bangladeshi · Nigerian passport holders without a valid qualifying Schengen/US/UK/Ireland visa — the Turkey Sticker Visa through VFS Global UAE is the mandatory route. A UAE Residence Visa alone does not grant visa-free access or eVisa eligibility — the passport nationality is the sole determining factor.

KSA Nationals — eVisa:
Saudi Arabian nationals are eligible for the Turkey eVisa — apply through evisa.gov.tr. See the Turkey eVisa page.

KSA Residents — Sticker Visa:
KSA residents whose passport nationality is not eVisa eligible — and who do not hold a qualifying Schengen/US/UK/Ireland visa — must apply for the sticker visa through VFS Global Saudi Arabia.

Indian Nationals — Two Options:

All Turkey sticker visa applications for UAE residents are submitted through VFS Global — the sole authorised visa application partner for Turkey in the UAE. Applications are processed by the Turkish Consulate General Dubai or the Turkish Embassy Abu Dhabi depending on the applicant's emirate of residence.

Important Entry Requirements

• Passport valid for at least 60 days beyond the intended date of departure from Turkey — 6 months validity strongly recommended — minimum 2 blank pages.
• UAE Residence Visa must be valid at the time of application — for UAE-based applicants.
• KSA Re-entry Visa valid beyond the intended return date — mandatory for KSA-based applicants.
• Travel health insurance covering the full duration of stay in Turkey — mandatory.
• Confirmed return or onward travel ticket — mandatory.
• Proof of sufficient funds for the duration of stay.

Processing Time

• UAE market: 7 to 14 working days from date of VFS submission — may extend during peak summer and Eid periods.
• KSA market: 7 to 10 working days — subject to Embassy workload.
• India market: 5 to 15 working days — Gateway International centres.

Rayna Tours has no affiliation with the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Turkish Consulate General, or any Turkish government authority.

• Visa issuance — whether eVisa or sticker visa — is solely at the discretion of the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the issuing Consulate General. Rayna Tours does not guarantee visa approval under any circumstances.

• All visa application fees and Rayna Tours service fees are strictly non-refundable once the application has been submitted — regardless of whether the outcome is approval, refusal, or delay.

• Applicants must submit complete, accurate, and genuine information and documents. Any incorrect information or fraudulent documents may result in visa refusal or cancellation — including at the Turkish border upon arrival.

• The applicable visa route — eVisa or regular sticker visa — is determined entirely by the applicant's passport nationality and qualifying third-country visa status. Applying through the incorrect route will result in rejection. Rayna Tours will confirm the correct route at the time of application.

• Effective 1 March 2026, Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, and Nigerian passport holders are required to hold a valid Schengen, US, UK, or Ireland visa or residence permit to qualify for the Türkiye eVisa. Without a qualifying third-country visa, these nationalities must apply for the regular sticker visa through the Türkiye Consulate General.

• The passport must be valid for a minimum of 150 days from the intended date of entry into Türkiye — this is a Türkiye-specific requirement and is strictly enforced at the border.

• Türkiye enforces a 90-days-in-180-days rule for short-stay visitors. Overstaying may result in fines, deportation, and entry bans. All such fines, penalties, and legal consequences are the sole responsibility of the traveller.

• Approved visas must be used strictly within the stated validity period and as per the permitted stay duration and visa category.

• Turkish authorities reserve the right to request additional documents or information at any stage of the application process. Rayna Tours will communicate any such requests promptly.

• Possession of a valid Türkiye visa does not guarantee entry into Türkiye. The final entry decision rests solely with Turkish immigration officials at the port of entry.

• Rayna Tours bears no responsibility for visa refusals, processing delays, or decisions made by Turkish immigration authorities at any stage of the process.

• Türkiye visa regulations, documentation requirements, processing timelines, and applicable fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice at the discretion of the Turkish government. Applicants are advised to confirm the latest requirements before initiating any application.
