By submitting your Norway visa application through our website or authorized channels, you give your irrevocable consent to use our services in accordance with the terms stated herein. These Terms and Conditions form the entire agreement between you (the client, customer, or applicant) and Rayna Tours.
We request that you carefully read and understand the following terms before choosing Rayna Tours for your Norway visa application.
1. Scope & Procedures
Rayna Tours provides professional assistance for applicants seeking visas to enter Norway (a member of the Schengen Area). Our visa specialists assist in:
- Selecting the appropriate visa category
- Preparing and reviewing required documents
- Scheduling appointments
- Submitting applications to VFS Global, the Royal Norwegian Embassy/Consulate, or through the official online portal (where applicable)
Although we strive for accuracy and efficient processing, Rayna Tours shall not be held liable for delays or rejection of visa applications caused by circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Incomplete or incorrect application forms
- Invalid, missing, or ambiguous supporting documents
- Errors or omissions in personal information provided
- Security checks, additional verification, or interviews required by Norwegian authorities
- Appointment unavailability or system issues with VFS Global
- Failure to book appropriate flights or accommodations
- Embassy/Consulate administrative delays or unexpected closures
Any financial losses incurred by the applicant due to such circumstances are not the responsibility of Rayna Tours.
We strongly advise applicants to avoid confirming travel arrangements (flights, hotels, tours) until their visa is officially approved, unless specifically required by the Norway visa authorities.
2. Documentation
It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all entry requirements enforced by the Royal Norwegian Embassy/Consulate. This includes ensuring your passport is valid for at least six months from the date of travel and contains the required blank pages.
For smooth visa processing:
- Submit all necessary documents to Rayna Tours within the specified timeframe.
- By providing these documents, you authorize Rayna Tours to use them exclusively for visa processing.
- Appointment availability with VFS Global or the Embassy is subject to the authorities and may change if documents are incomplete or delayed.
Once processing is complete, Rayna Tours will return all important documents—such as appointment letters, visa printouts, insurance papers, hotel vouchers, and flight bookings. You must acknowledge receipt via email on the same day. Failure to do so releases Rayna Tours from any liability related to missing items or errors.
If you receive your visa, you must carefully check all details and notify Rayna Tours immediately on the same day of any discrepancies. Failure to do so will be treated as acceptance.
You must inform Rayna Tours in advance regarding changes in your travel plans or additional requirements. Any failure to do so is your responsibility.
3. Fees & Payment Methods
All fees related to Norway visa services—including government charges, VFS handling fees, and Rayna Tours’ service charges—must be paid in full at the time of application.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit card
- Debit card
- Online bank transfer
Visa fees and Rayna Tours’ service charges are subject to change without prior notice due to updates by Norwegian authorities, VFS Global, or Schengen policies.
All payments are processed immediately.
4. Processing Time
Visa processing times depend on the applicant’s nationality, travel purpose, and workload at the Royal Norwegian Embassy/Consulate or VFS Global.
Timeframes provided by Rayna Tours:
- Are estimates based on previous experience
- Begin the next business day after receiving complete documentation
- Exclude weekends, public holidays, and unexpected closures
- May extend due to additional verification, security screening, or high application volume
Rayna Tours shall not be held responsible for any type of delay from the side of Norwegian authorities.
5. Approval and Rejection of Visas
The decision to approve or reject a Norway (Schengen) visa lies solely with the Royal Norwegian Embassy/Consulate.
Rayna Tours:
- Has no authority to influence visa outcomes
- Cannot guarantee visa issuance
- Is not responsible for rejections based on documentation, personal profile, or security evaluations conducted by the authorities
All assessments are performed exclusively by the Embassy/Consulate.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
After Rayna Tours opens your visa file or submits your application:
- All government, VFS, and embassy fees are non-refundable, whether the visa is approved or rejected.
- Rayna Tours’ service fees are refundable only if you cancel before submission of your application.
- In such cases, you may receive a partial refund of up to 50%—administration, logistics, and banking fees are non-refundable.
After submission:
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including changes in policy, delays, or rejections by the Embassy/Consulate.
Payments older than one month cannot be refunded; however, Rayna Tours may issue a service credit for future visa applications.
All visa prices, packages, and requirements are subject to change without prior notice.
7. Privacy Policy
Please refer to Rayna Tours’ Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal information is collected, used, stored, and safeguarded throughout the visa application process.
8. Use of Intellectual Property
All content on Rayna Tours’ website—including images, text, graphics, designs, and logos—is the exclusive property of Rayna Tourism LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, publishing, modification, or commercial use of our content is strictly prohibited.
Any misuse of Rayna Tours’ logo, trademarks, or intellectual property may result in legal action.
Rayna Tours is not responsible for information or security of third-party websites linked from our platform. Accessing such links is at your own risk.
9. Applicable Law & Language
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
