By submitting your Kenya visa application through our website or authorized channels, you provide your irrevocable consent to use our services in compliance with the terms specified below. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you (the customer, client, or applicant) and Rayna Tours.

1. Scope & Procedures

Although we strive for accuracy and timely processing, Rayna Tours shall not be held liable for delays, non-approval, or rejection of visas due to:

- Errors, inconsistencies, or omissions in information provided by the applicant
- Missing, invalid, or ambiguous supporting documentation
- Failure to book or incorrect booking of flight or hotel accommodations
- Additional checks, security reviews, or unforeseen requirements imposed by Kenyan authorities
- System downtime or processing delays from the Kenya eVisa platform or Embassy/Consulate
Any costs incurred by the applicant as a result of such issues shall be the sole responsibility of the applicant.
Rayna Tours recommends booking airline tickets or accommodations only after visa approval, unless mandatory by Kenyan authorities.
2. Documentation
Before traveling, applicants must ensure they possess all travel documents required by Kenya’s immigration authorities, including a passport with at least six months of validity from the date of entry.
To facilitate smooth visa processing:
- Submit all required documents within the stated timeframe.
- By sending your documents to Rayna Tours, you authorize us to use them for visa processing.
- Appointment dates, processing queues, or document review times are determined solely by Kenyan authorities.
Upon completion of processing, Rayna Tours will return all relevant documents—such as visa confirmations, travel insurance, or booking vouchers—with reasonable care. You must acknowledge receipt by email on the same day; failure to do so waives your right to dispute errors or discrepancies.
If you receive your visa directly through the Kenya eVisa portal, you must immediately review it and notify Rayna Tours of any issues on the same day. Failure to do so will be deemed acceptance of the visa in its current form.
You are responsible for informing Rayna Tours in advance about any changes in travel plans or additional requirements.
3. Fees & Payment Methods
To use Rayna Tours’ Kenya visa services, applicants must pay all visa fees and service charges in full at the time of application.
Payment methods include:
- Credit card
- Debit card
- Online bank transfer
Visa fees and service rates are subject to change without prior notice based on updates from Kenya’s immigration authorities. Payments are processed immediately upon submission.
4. Processing Time
Visa processing times differ based on the visa category, the applicant’s nationality, and the volume of applications handled by Kenya's immigration department.
All processing times provided by Rayna Tours:
- Are estimates based on past experience
- Begin the next business day after complete documents are received
- Exclude weekends, public holidays, and unexpected system outages
- May vary due to security checks or additional verification steps
Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays caused by Kenyan immigration authorities, the Embassy/Consulate, or the online eVisa system.
5. Approval and Rejection of Visas
Visa approval is exclusively at the discretion of Kenya’s Directorate of Immigration Services or the relevant embassy/consulate.
Rayna Tours:
- Has no authority to influence visa approval or rejection
- Cannot guarantee the issuance of a visa
- Is not liable for rejections or additional requirements mandated by Kenyan authorities
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
After Rayna Tours opens your visa file or submits your application:
- All payments made to the Kenyan government portal, embassy, or consulate are non-refundable, regardless of visa approval or rejection.
- Rayna Tours’ service fee is refundable only if you cancel before submission of your application to Kenyan authorities.
- In such cases, you may receive a partial refund of up to 50%, excluding administration and banking charges.
After submission:
- No refunds will be issued for any reason, including changes in visa rules, delays, or rejection.
- Credit card payments older than one month cannot be refunded; however, a service credit may be issued for future visa applications through Rayna Tours.
All prices, visa requirements, and service details are subject to change without prior notice.
7. Privacy Policy
Please review Rayna Tours’ Privacy Policy, which describes how your personal information is collected, used, protected, and shared in connection with Kenya visa services.
8. Use of Intellectual Property
All content on the Rayna Tours website—including images, text, graphics, design elements, and logos—is the exclusive property of Rayna Tourism LLC and is protected under copyright and trademark laws.
Unauthorized use of website content, including copying, publishing, selling, modifying, or re-posting, is strictly prohibited. Misuse of the Rayna Tours brand, logo, or trademarks may lead to legal action.
Rayna Tours is not responsible for any third-party websites linked from our platform. Accessing external links is at your own risk.
9. Applicable Law & Language
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
All disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of UAE federal courts.
All communication related to Kenya visa services must be in English. Rayna Tours is not responsible for errors in documents submitted in other languages.
10. Indemnity

Rayna Tours does not guarantee that:
