- Kids aged 3 and older require a valid ticket to enter the venue
- Kids below 2 yrs of age enjoy free-entry with every paying adult.

- Outside food and drinks are strictly not allowed inside the arena (this applies to all the items including water), however attendees can consume snacks and beverages from the venue, which are available on paid basis.
- No smoking or vaping is allowed at the premises anywhere.
- Photography and videography are strictly prohibited.
- Tickets once booked will not be refunded/exchanged/upgraded. The organizer's decision is final.
- No re-entry once you've entered the venue.
- Professional cameras, laptops, tablets, selfie sticks/monopods or tripods, and audio or video recorders are not allowed at the venue.
- Possession of illegal substances, weapons (including projectiles), drones, remote-controlled devices, glow sticks, and illuminating objects such as LED signage is prohibited.
- Tickets type will be advised closer to the event.
- Tickets are sold at the Best Seating availability as per the option chosen.
