• Customers can choose between an e-SIM or a Tri-cut physical SIM when collecting the card.
  
• The service is provided using local UAE SIM cards, with local customer support.
• All plans include a combination of International and Local Minutes (Flexi Minutes). Use your minutes as you see fit.
• SIM card pickup at Dubai Airport is convenient. Outside the airport, only a few stores sell SIM cards to tourists.
• This service is exclusively available for tourists visiting the UAE, and it does not support VoIP services due to UAE laws. Voice and video calling from apps like WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook are restricted.
