• This transfer is not suitable for pets.
• Infant seats are unavailable.
• Kindly wait at hotel lobby 4 hours before the flight departure time.
• Guests should be ready at the pick-up points as per the given timings. The maximum waiting time is 10 minutes.
• Driver details will be sent via WhatsApp by 9:00 PM one day before the transfer.
• Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page, along with your WhatsApp number and country code.
• Food and drinks are not permitted inside the vehicle.
• Please ensure your mobile phone is switched on and reachable during pick-up time.
• Large luggage items (e.g., surfboards, golf bags) must be informed in advance to ensure proper vehicle arrangement.
