How to Apply — Brazil Visa Assistance by Rayna Tours

At Rayna Tours, we manage your Brazil visa application completely on your behalf — whether it is a fully digital eVisa or a physical sticker visa through the Brazilian Embassy or Consulate — ensuring your application is accurate, complete, and professionally prepared from start to finish.

Step 1 — Share Your Travel Details & Confirm Payment Provide your country of residence, nationality, intended travel dates, number of applicants, and your preferred visa assistance package. Complete a secure online payment to confirm your booking. A booking confirmation along with your next steps will be sent to your registered email address promptly upon successful payment.

Step 2 — Upload Your Documents via My Booking Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a secure link to My Booking via email. Visit raynatours.com, navigate to the My Booking section, and upload all required documents using your booking reference number and registered email ID. Our team will review and verify your documents and confirm if anything further is required before proceeding.

Step 3 — Entry Route Confirmation & Application Completion Our visa consultants will confirm the correct entry route — Visa Free, eVisa, or Consular Sticker Visa — based on your specific passport nationality and country of residence.

For UAE Nationals — Visa Free: No visa, no eVisa, and no application required. Our team will advise on all entry requirements — including yellow fever vaccination recommendations and proof of sufficient funds — to ensure a smooth and hassle-free arrival in Brazil.

For eVisa Applicants — US · Canada · Australia Passport Holders: The eVisa application will be accurately completed and submitted through the official Brazil eVisa portal — brazil.vfsevisa.com — on your behalf, ensuring zero errors or inconsistencies. All personal details, passport information, and travel dates will be verified for accuracy before submission.

For Consular Sticker Visa Applicants — UAE Market: Our team will prepare your complete visa application file and coordinate submission through the Brazilian Embassy in Abu Dhabi via the official Itamaraty e-consular portal — ec-abudhabi.itamaraty.gov.br — on your behalf. Our pro assistance service ensures you do not need to visit the Embassy yourself at any stage.

For Consular Sticker Visa Applicants — KSA Market: Our team will prepare your complete visa application file for submission to the Brazilian Embassy in Riyadh or the Brazilian Consulate in Jeddah — depending on your city of residence — on your behalf.

For Consular Sticker Visa Applicants — India Market: Our team will prepare your complete application file and advise on the submission process through the Embassy of Brazil in New Delhi or the Consulate General of Brazil in Mumbai. Our team will review and verify all documents for completeness and accuracy prior to your Embassy appointment. Apply at least 4 to 6 weeks before your intended travel date — processing currently takes 10 to 15 working days.

Step 4 — Tracking & Visa Delivery Our dedicated coordination team will actively monitor the status of your application and keep you informed at every stage.

For eVisa applicants: Once approved, your Brazil eVisa will be sent directly to your registered email address as a PDF document. Our team will advise you to print the eVisa and present it to the airline at check-in and to Brazilian Federal Police upon arrival — showing it on a mobile device is not always accepted.

For Sticker Visa applicants: Once approved, your passport with the Brazil sticker visa affixed will be returned to you before your travel date — along with full advice on the visa validity period and entry conditions.

Brazil — Visa Overview

About Brazil

Brazil is one of the world's most extraordinary and breathtakingly diverse travel destinations — the largest country in South America and the fifth largest in the world — a land of such staggering natural beauty, cultural vibrancy, and human warmth that it has captivated the imagination of travellers for centuries. From the soaring peaks of the Serra Gaúcha wine country to the vast, otherworldly wetlands of the Pantanal, from the thundering cascades of Iguazu Falls — one of the great natural wonders of the world — to the translucent blue lagoons of Lençóis Maranhenses, Brazil offers a scale and diversity of experience that is genuinely unmatched anywhere on earth.

Rio de Janeiro — one of the world's most iconic and visually spectacular cities — stuns with its dramatic geography of granite peaks, jungle-clad mountains, and golden Atlantic beaches. The statue of Christ the Redeemer atop Corcovado Mountain gazes out over a city of extraordinary beauty — Ipanema and Copacabana beaches, the vibrant Carnival celebrations of Sambódromo, the hilltop favela communities with their extraordinary murals and breathtaking views, and the colonial elegance of Santa Teresa combine to make Rio one of the most unforgettable city experiences on the planet. São Paulo — Brazil's immense, dynamic, and endlessly creative financial capital — is one of the world's great metropolitan destinations, with a restaurant scene ranked consistently among the finest in the Americas, a world-class contemporary art museum, and a cultural energy that pulses through every neighbourhood.

The Amazon — the world's largest tropical rainforest covering over 5.5 million square kilometres — offers one of the planet's most extraordinary and humbling wildlife and eco-tourism experiences, navigated from the colourful river city of Manaus deep in the heart of Amazônia. Salvador — the Afro-Brazilian cultural capital of the northeast — enchants with its magnificent Pelourinho colonial centre, its extraordinary music and dance traditions rooted in Candomblé and samba, and its stunning Atlantic coastline. The baroque splendour of Ouro Preto, the colonial grandeur of Paraty, the architectural masterpiece of Brasília, and the world-class diving of Fernando de Noronha complete a travel experience of extraordinary breadth and depth. Brazil's people — warm, joyful, and extraordinarily welcoming — elevate every visit with a generosity and vibrancy that stays with travellers long after they return home.

What is a Brazil eVisa?

The Brazil eVisa is a fully digital travel authorisation issued by the Federal Police of Brazil — applied for entirely online through the official Brazil eVisa portal operated by VFS Global — brazil.vfsevisa.com — and delivered electronically to the applicant's registered email address upon approval. The approved eVisa must be downloaded, printed, and presented to airlines at check-in and to Brazilian Federal Police at the port of entry. No embassy visit and no physical stamp is placed in the passport for eVisa applicants.

Critical — eVisa Eligibility is Strictly Limited: As of 2026, the Brazil eVisa is available exclusively to passport holders of the following nationalities only:

United States · Canada · Australia

All other nationalities — including Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Filipino, and most other nationalities commonly found among Rayna's client base — are not eligible for the Brazil eVisa and must apply for a physical sticker visa through the Brazilian Embassy or Consulate in their country of residence.
