These Terms and Conditions outline the legal framework governing Rayna Tourism LLC’s (“Rayna Tours”) Brazil visa services. By submitting your Brazil visa application through our website or authorized channels, you provide your irrevocable consent to use our services in accordance with the terms detailed below. These Terms and Conditions constitute the complete agreement between you (the customer, client, or applicant) and Rayna Tours.
We request that you carefully read and fully understand all provisions before selecting Rayna Tours for your Brazil visa application.
1. Scope & Procedures
Rayna Tours offers professional Brazil visa assistance services for individuals traveling to Brazil. Our services typically include reviewing your visa requirements, assisting with document preparation, and submitting applications through the official Brazilian Embassy/Consulate or online visa platforms (as applicable).
While Rayna Tours strives for accuracy and timely processing, we cannot be held liable for delays, non-approval, or rejection of visa applications due to reasons such as:
- Incomplete or incorrectly filled application forms
- Missing, invalid, or ambiguous supporting documents
- Inaccurate or misleading information provided by the applicant
- Additional verification, biometrics, or interviews requested by Brazilian authorities
- System issues or technical delays from the Brazil eVisa platform or Embassy/Consulate
- Flight or accommodation not booked in accordance with visa requirements
- Unexpected closures or administrative delays from the issuing authority
Any expenses, losses, or damages resulting from these circumstances are the full responsibility of the applicant.
Rayna Tours strongly advises applicants not to confirm travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, tours) until their visa is approved, unless required by Brazilian immigration authorities.
2. Documentation
It is the applicant’s responsibility to adhere to all requirements set by the Brazilian Embassy/Consulate, including ensuring the passport is valid for at least six months from the date of travel.
To ensure smooth processing:
- All required documents must be submitted to Rayna Tours within the designated timeframe.
- By submitting your documents, you authorize Rayna Tours to use them solely for the purpose of visa processing.
- Appointment availability and processing procedures are controlled exclusively by Brazilian authorities.
Once processing is completed, Rayna Tours will return important documentation—such as visa printouts, letters, travel insurance, and booking vouchers—with reasonable care. You must acknowledge receipt on the same day via email.
Failure to confirm receipt waives the right to dispute errors or missing items.
Upon receiving your visa (physically or electronically), you must verify all details immediately and notify Rayna Tours on the same day of any discrepancies. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance.
All updates, changes, or modifications to your travel plans must be communicated to Rayna Tours in advance.
3. Fees & Payment Methods
To use Rayna Tours’ Brazil visa services, applicants must pay all applicable government fees and Rayna Tours’ service charges in full at the time of application.
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit card
- Debit card
- Online bank transfer
Visa fees and service fees may change without prior notice due to updates from the Brazilian Embassy/Consulate or eVisa authorities. Payments are processed immediately.
4. Processing Time
Brazil visa processing times vary depending on the visa category, nationality of the applicant, and workload at the Brazilian Embassy/Consulate or eVisa system.
Processing estimates provided by Rayna Tours:
- Are based on previous experience
- Start the next business day after complete documentation is received
- Exclude weekends, public holidays, and unexpected closures
- May extend due to additional review, security checks, or system delays
- Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays caused by Brazilian immigration authorities.
5. Approval and Rejection of Visas
Visa decisions are made solely by the Brazilian Embassy/Consulate or Brazil Immigration (Polícia Federal).
Rayna Tours:
- Has no authority to influence visa approvals or rejections
- Provides no guarantee of visa issuance
- Is not liable for delays, rejections, or additional procedures required by the issuing authority
All assessments are conducted exclusively by Brazilian officials.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once Rayna Tours has opened your visa file or submitted your Brazil visa application:
- All payments made to the Embassy/Consulate or Brazil’s online visa system are non-refundable, regardless of the visa outcome.
- Rayna Tours’ service fee is refundable only if the applicant cancels before submission to the issuing authority.
- In such cases, a partial refund of up to 50% may be issued (administrative and banking fees are non-refundable).
After submission:
- No refunds will be issued for delays, policy changes, or visa rejections.
- Credit card payments older than one month cannot be refunded; however, a service credit may be issued for future visa applications through Rayna Tours.
- Visa requirements and fees are subject to change without notice.
7. Privacy Policy

8. Use of Intellectual Property
All content on Rayna Tours’ website—text, images, graphics, design, and trademarks—is the exclusive property of Rayna Tourism LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Unauthorized actions such as copying, reproducing, publishing, modifying, or distributing website content are strictly prohibited. Misuse of the Rayna Tours name, logo, or trademarks may result in legal action.
Rayna Tours is not responsible for the content or reliability of third-party websites linked from our platform. Accessing these links is at your own risk.
9. Applicable Law & Language
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
