These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Rayna Tourism LLC (“Rayna Tours”) services for Georgia visa applications. By submitting your visa application through our website or authorized channels, you give your irrevocable consent to comply with the terms outlined herein. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you (the client, customer, or applicant) and Rayna Tours.
You are requested to read and fully understand these terms before engaging Rayna Tours for your Georgia visa application.
1. Scope & Procedures
Rayna Tours provides professional visa assistance services for individuals applying to travel to Georgia. Our services include:
- Selecting the correct visa type
- Reviewing and preparing documentation
- Assisting with submission to the Georgian Embassy/Consulate or e-Visa portal
- Scheduling appointments and guiding through visa procedures
While we strive for accurate and timely processing, Rayna Tours cannot be held responsible for delays, refusals, or rejection of visa applications due to:
- Incomplete, inaccurate, or improperly filled forms
- Missing, invalid, or unclear supporting documents
- Errors or omissions in information provided by the applicant
- Additional checks, verification, or interviews requested by Georgian authorities
- Technical issues or downtime in Georgia’s e-Visa system or Embassy/Consulate portals
- Non-booking or incorrect booking of flights or accommodations
- Embassy/Consulate administrative delays or unexpected closures
All costs or losses arising from these factors are solely the applicant’s responsibility. We advise not to book flights or accommodations until the visa is approved, unless required by Georgian authorities.
2. Documentation
Applicants must comply with all requirements of the Georgian Embassy/Consulate or e-Visa portal, including holding a passport valid for at least six months from the intended travel date.
To ensure smooth processing:
Submit all required documents to Rayna Tours within the specified deadlines.
By submitting your documents, you authorize Rayna Tours to use them solely for visa processing.
Appointment availability and visa issuance are determined by Georgian authorities and may be subject to change.
Upon completion of the application process, Rayna Tours will return all important documents, such as visa printouts, appointment letters, travel insurance, and vouchers. You must confirm receipt via email on the same day. Failure to do so releases Rayna Tours from liability for any discrepancies.
All visa details must be checked immediately upon receipt, and any errors reported to Rayna Tours the same day. Failure to report will be considered acceptance of the visa.
Changes in travel plans must be communicated in advance. Rayna Tours is not liable for issues arising from late or unnotified changes.
3. Fees & Payment Methods
Applicants must pay all applicable Georgia visa fees and Rayna Tours service charges in full at the time of application.
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit card
- Debit card
- Online bank transfer
Visa fees and service charges are subject to change without prior notice in accordance with Georgian Embassy/Consulate regulations. Payments are processed immediately.
4. Processing Time
Georgia visa processing times vary depending on nationality, visa type, and application volume.
Time estimates provided by Rayna Tours:
- Are based on previous experience
- Begin the next business day after complete documentation is received
- Exclude weekends, public holidays, and Embassy/Consulate closures
- May be extended due to additional verification, security checks, or e-Visa system delays
- Rayna Tours shall not be responsible for any delays caused by Georgian authorities.
5. Approval and Rejection of Visas
Visa decisions are made exclusively by the Georgian Embassy/Consulate or the official e-Visa system.
Rayna Tours:
- Has no authority to guarantee approval
- Cannot influence decisions
- Is not liable for delays, rejections, or additional procedures mandated by Georgian authorities
- All evaluations are the responsibility of the issuing authority.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
After Rayna Tours opens your visa file or submits your application:
- All payments to Georgian authorities are non-refundable, regardless of approval or rejection
- Rayna Tours’ service fee is refundable only if canceled before submission to the Embassy/Consulate or e-Visa portal
- In such cases, a partial refund of up to 50% may be provided (administrative and banking fees are non-refundable)
After submission:
- No refunds for delays, policy changes, or visa rejections
- Credit card payments older than one month are not refundable; a service credit may be offered for future applications
- Visa fees, packages, and requirements are subject to change without notice.
7. Privacy Policy
Please refer to Rayna Tours’ Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and safeguarded during visa application processing.
8. Use of Intellectual Property
All content on Rayna Tours’ website—including text, graphics, images, and trademarks—is the exclusive property of Rayna Tourism LLC and protected by law.
Unauthorized copying, publication, modification, or commercial use of website content is strictly prohibited. Misuse of Rayna Tours’ intellectual property may result in legal action.
Rayna Tours is not responsible for the content or safety of third-party websites linked from our platform.
9. Applicable Law & Language
- These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
- All disputes arising from Georgia visa services will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE federal courts.
- All communication must be conducted in English. Rayna Tours is not responsible for translation errors in documents submitted in other languages.
10. Indemnity
By using Rayna Tours’ Georgia visa services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rayna Tourism LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from:

Fraud or misrepresentation by the applicant or their representatives

Rayna Tours does not guarantee:
- Error-free or uninterrupted services
- Complete or fully updated website information
- Visa outcomes meeting applicant expectations
