We do not influence or guarantee the approval of any visa. Approval and final decision rest solely with the Kuwait Immigration Department or the respective Embassy/Consulate.
We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or losses arising from:
- Incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent documentation
- Non-compliance with Kuwait visa requirements
- Appointment unavailability
- Changes in visa policies by the Kuwait authorities
- Public holidays, system outages, or unforeseen closures
2. Documentation Requirements
Applicants must ensure that:
- Passport validity is at least six (6) months beyond intended travel dates
- All information submitted is accurate and complete
- Any previous visa rejections, criminal records, or immigration issues are disclosed
- Required documents are submitted within the stipulated timeframe
By submitting your documents to us, you authorize our team to process and forward them to the relevant Kuwait visa authorities.
After processing, we will return original documents with reasonable care. You must check all documents and visas immediately upon receipt and report any errors the same day. Failure to do so will be deemed as acceptance.
We are not responsible for delays or rejections due to late submission, missing documentation, or undisclosed information.
3. Fees & Payment

Payments are non-transferable and processed immediately through approved payment methods.
4. Processing Time

- Public holidays in Kuwait and the applicant’s country
All processing times are estimates. We are not liable for delays, losses, or financial damages arising from delayed visa issuance. Applicants are advised not to make non-refundable travel arrangements until the visa is issued.
5. Visa Approval or Rejection
The issuance, modification, or denial of a Kuwait visa is entirely at the discretion of the Kuwait Immigration Department or Embassy/Consulate.
We do not guarantee:
- Visa approval
- Duration of stay or number of entries
- Processing times or expedited approval
- Visa rejection does not entitle applicants to a refund of any visa or service fees.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Visa fees paid to Kuwait authorities are non-refundable after submission.
Service fees may be partially refundable only if the application has not been forwarded to the embassy/authority.
Administrative charges apply to any refund.
No refunds are issued for:
- Rejected applications
- Delays due to government or system changes
- Policy amendments or regulations
- Withdrawal after submission
Refunds for payments older than one month may only be issued as service credit, not cash.
