By submitting your Morocco visa application through our website or authorized channels, you give your irrevocable consent to comply with the terms outlined herein. These Terms constitute the full agreement between you (the client, customer, or applicant) and Rayna Tours.

1. Scope & Procedures

Non-booking or incorrect booking of flights or accommodations
Administrative delays, sudden policy changes, or unexpected Embassy/Consulate closures
All expenses, losses, or damages resulting from these circumstances are the sole responsibility of the applicant. Travel arrangements should not be confirmed until the visa is approved, unless required by Moroccan authorities.
2. Documentation
Applicants must comply with all requirements of the Moroccan Embassy/Consulate or official visa application portals, including ensuring their passport is valid for at least six months from the date of travel.
To ensure smooth processing:
Submit all required documents to Rayna Tours within the specified timeline
By submitting your documents, you authorize Rayna Tours to use them exclusively for visa processing
Appointment availability and visa issuance depend on Moroccan authorities and may change without notice
Upon completion, Rayna Tours will return all vital documents, including visa, appointment letters, travel insurance, and booking vouchers. Applicants must confirm receipt via email on the same day. Failure to confirm release Rayna Tours from liability for missing items or errors.
All visa details must be checked immediately, and discrepancies reported on the same day. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the visa.
Changes in travel plans or additional requirements must be communicated in advance. Rayna Tours is not responsible for consequences arising from late or unnotified changes.
3. Fees & Payment Methods
Applicants must pay all applicable Morocco visa fees and Rayna Tours service charges in full at the time of application.

Online bank transfer
Visa fees and service charges may change without notice due to updates from Moroccan authorities. All payments are processed immediately.
4. Processing Time
Processing times vary depending on visa type, nationality, and workload at Moroccan Embassies/Consulates or visa application centers.
Estimates provided by Rayna Tours:
Are based on previous experience
Start the next business day after complete documentation is received
Exclude weekends, public holidays, and sudden Embassy/Consulate closures
May be extended due to additional verification, security checks, or administrative delays
Rayna Tours shall not be liable for delays caused by Moroccan authorities.
5. Approval and Rejection of Visas
Visa decisions are made solely by the Moroccan Embassy/Consulate or official visa authorities.
Rayna Tours:
Has no authority to influence approvals
Cannot guarantee visa issuance
Is not responsible for delays, rejections, or additional procedures required by authorities
All assessments are conducted exclusively by Moroccan officials.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
After Rayna Tours opens your visa file or submits your Morocco visa application:
All payments made to the Embassy/Consulate or visa centers are non-refundable, regardless of outcome
Rayna Tours’ service fee is refundable only if canceled before submission
A partial refund of up to 50% may be issued in such cases (administrative and banking fees are non-refundable)
After submission:
No refunds are issued for delays, policy changes, or rejections
Credit card payments older than one month are not refundable; a service credit may be offered for future visa applications
Visa requirements, packages, and fees are subject to change without notice.
7. Privacy Policy
Please refer to Rayna Tours’ Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, processed, and safeguarded during visa application processing.
8. Use of Intellectual Property
All content on Rayna Tours’ website—including text, graphics, images, and trademarks—is the exclusive property of Rayna Tourism LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, publication, or commercial exploitation of website content is strictly prohibited. Misuse of the Rayna Tours logo, trademarks, or intellectual property may result in legal action.
Rayna Tours is not responsible for third-party websites linked from our platform. Accessing them is at your own risk.
9. Applicable Law & Language
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
All disputes arising from Morocco visa services shall fall under the jurisdiction of UAE federal courts.
All communication regarding Morocco visa services must be in English. Rayna Tours is not responsible for errors in documents submitted in other languages.
