These Terms and Conditions establish the legal foundation for the South Korea visa services offered to clients ("applicant", "customer", "you") through our company. By submitting your visa application through our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.
1. Scope of Service
We assist applicants in applying for tourist, business, and other categories of South Korea visas. Our services include guidance on documentation, verification of submitted documents, form completion, appointment scheduling (if applicable), and submission of applications to the relevant visa center or consulate.
While we strive to ensure efficient processing, we do not influence the decision-making process of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea and cannot guarantee visa approval.
We shall not be liable for any delay, rejection, or loss arising from:
Incomplete or incorrect application forms
Missing, invalid, or ambiguous supporting documents
Changes in visa rules or embassy procedures
Non-compliance with travel requirements
Inability to secure appointments due to high demand
All expenses or losses resulting from these circumstances shall be the applicant’s responsibility.
2. Documentation Requirements
It is the applicant’s responsibility to:
Hold a passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond the intended date of travel
Provide accurate, complete, and authentic documents within the required timeframe
Disclose any previous travel history, visa rejections, or legal concerns
By submitting documents to us, you authorize our team to review, process, and submit them to the visa-issuing authority.
We will make every reasonable effort to return your original documents promptly after processing. You must acknowledge receipt of important documents (passport, visa copy, vouchers) on the same day they are delivered. Any errors must be reported immediately—failure to notify us shall be treated as acceptance.
We are not responsible for delays or complications caused by your failure to follow documentation or travel-related requirements.
3. Fees & Payment
Visa processing fees consist of:
Embassy/consulate visa fee
Service charges
Any optional add-on services requested by the applicant
All payments must be made through valid and approved payment methods. Fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice as per embassy regulations.
All payments are processed immediately and must be settled in full before the application is submitted.
4. Processing Time
Visa processing times depend on:
Embassy workload
Category of visa
Applicant’s nationality
Public holidays or unexpected embassy closures
All timelines provided by us are estimates only. Processing may take longer than stated and is completely outside our control. We are not responsible for delays or financial losses arising from slow embassy processing.
Applicants are strongly advised not to book flights or hotels until receiving the visa, unless required by the embassy.
5. Visa Approval or Rejection
The Embassy of South Korea reserves exclusive rights to approve or reject a visa application. No guarantee of approval is provided under any circumstance.
Rejections may occur due to:
Incomplete documentation
Insufficient financial evidence
Security or background check concerns
Misrepresentation or previous immigration violations
Failure to meet embassy requirements
We do not provide refunds in the event of rejection.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Visa fees paid to the embassy are non-refundable after submission.
Service charges are refundable only if the application has not yet been forwarded to the embassy.
In the event of cancellation before submission, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and processing fees.
Refunds cannot be issued for transactions older than one month; in such cases, a service credit may be provided for future applications.
Changes in visa rules, fees, or procedures by the embassy will not result in refunds.
7. Privacy Policy
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal data and documents provided for visa processing. Personal information is shared only with authorized visa centers or embassy representatives for the purpose of completing your application.

All communications regarding visa services must be conducted in English unless otherwise specified.
10. Indemnification
