3. Fees & Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods: Credit card, debit card, and online bank transfer.
Fees are subject to change without prior notice and are non-refundable after submission.

4. Processing Time

Processing times vary by visa type, applicant nationality, and application volume.
Estimates provided by Rayna Tours are indicative and exclude weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen delays.
Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays caused by Tanzanian authorities.

5. Approval and Rejection of Visas

Visa decisions are solely at the discretion of the Tanzanian Embassy/Consulate or the official e-Visa system.
Rayna Tours cannot guarantee visa approval, influence outcomes, or be held responsible for rejections or additional procedures.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Payments made to the Embassy/Consulate or e-Visa portal are non-refundable after submission.
Rayna Tours’ service fee may be refundable only if canceled prior to submission, with a maximum partial refund of 50%. Administration and banking fees are non-refundable.
Credit card payments older than one month are not refundable; a service credit may be offered for future applications.
