These Terms and Conditions form the legal basis for Rayna Tours’ Tanzania Visa services. By submitting your Tanzania Visa application through www.raynatours.com
, you give your irrevocable consent to access our website and book our visa services in accordance with the following terms, which comprise the entire agreement between you (customer, client, or applicant) and Rayna Tourism LLC.
Please read carefully before using Rayna Tours for your Tanzania Visa application.
1. Scope & Procedures
Rayna Tours provides professional assistance to individuals (primarily UAE, India, and Saudi residents) applying for Tanzania Visas. Our services include:
- Identifying the appropriate visa type
- Assisting with documentation and submission to the Tanzanian Embassy/Consulate or official e-Visa portal
- Scheduling appointments and guiding applicants throughout the process
- Important: Rayna Tours shall not be liable for delays, refusals, or non-approval of visas due to:
- Incomplete or inaccurate application forms
- Errors or omissions in information provided
- Missing or ambiguous supporting documents
- Non-booking or incorrect booking of airline tickets
- Administrative delays or unexpected Embassy/Consulate closures
- Travel arrangements such as flights and accommodations should only be confirmed after visa approval, unless required otherwise by Tanzanian authorities.
2. Documentation
- Applicants must ensure that passports are valid for at least six months from the intended travel date.
- Submit all required documents to Rayna Tours within the designated timeframe. By providing documents, you authorize Rayna Tours to use them solely for visa processing.
- Appointment scheduling is subject to Tanzanian authorities and may change if documents are incomplete.
- Rayna Tours will return all important documents, including visas, appointment letters, travel insurance, and booking vouchers. Applicants must confirm receipt via email on the same day. Failure to do so releases Rayna Tours from liability.
- Any discrepancies in the visa must be reported immediately on receipt; otherwise, the visa will be deemed accepted.
- Notify Rayna Tours in advance regarding any changes to travel plans or additional requirements. Late notice will release Rayna Tours from liability.
3. Fees & Payment Methods
- Visa processing fees and Rayna Tours’ service charges must be paid in full at the time of application.
- Accepted payment methods: Credit card, debit card, and online bank transfer.
- Fees are subject to change without prior notice and are non-refundable after submission.
4. Processing Time
- Processing times vary by visa type, applicant nationality, and application volume.
- Estimates provided by Rayna Tours are indicative and exclude weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen delays.
- Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays caused by Tanzanian authorities.
5. Approval and Rejection of Visas
- Visa decisions are solely at the discretion of the Tanzanian Embassy/Consulate or the official e-Visa system.
- Rayna Tours cannot guarantee visa approval, influence outcomes, or be held responsible for rejections or additional procedures.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Payments made to the Embassy/Consulate or e-Visa portal are non-refundable after submission.
- Rayna Tours’ service fee may be refundable only if canceled prior to submission, with a maximum partial refund of 50%. Administration and banking fees are non-refundable.
- Credit card payments older than one month are not refundable; a service credit may be offered for future applications.
7. Privacy Policy

8. Intellectual Property
- All content on www.raynatours.com
- , including text, graphics, images, and trademarks, is owned by Rayna Tourism LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
- Rayna Tours is not liable for third-party websites linked from our platform.
9. Applicable Law & Language
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
- All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE federal courts.
- All communication regarding Tanzania visa services must be in English. Rayna Tours is not responsible for errors in other languages.
10. Indemnity
By using Rayna Tours’ Tanzania Visa services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rayna Tourism LLC from claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Breach of these Terms and Conditions
- Fraudulent acts or misrepresentation by the applicant or representatives
- Third-party claims resulting from the applicant’s actions or omissions

- Rayna Tours provides visa information in good faith, but cannot guarantee accuracy, completeness, or approval outcomes.
- Visa regulations may change without notice.
- Rayna Tours does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free services or website content.
12. Complaints

- By submitting an application, you agree not to post negative reviews or complaints online or offline regarding visa delays or refusals without prior written permission.
