How to Apply — Singapore Visa Assistance by Rayna Tours

At Rayna Tours, we manage your Singapore eVisa application completely on your behalf — ensuring your application is accurate, complete, and professionally prepared from start to finish.

Step 1 — Share Your Travel Details & Confirm Payment
Provide your country of residence, nationality, intended travel dates, number of applicants, and your preferred visa assistance package. Complete a secure online payment to confirm your booking. A booking confirmation along with your next steps will be sent to your registered email address promptly upon successful payment.

Step 2 — Upload Your Documents via My Booking
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a secure link to My Booking via email. Visit raynatours.com, navigate to the My Booking section, and upload all required documents using your booking reference number and registered email ID. Our team will review and verify your documents and confirm if anything further is required before proceeding.

Step 3 — Visit the Rayna Office to Submit Your Original Documents
Once your documents are reviewed and approved through My Booking, visit your nearest Rayna Tours office in person, bringing your original passport and all required original documents including photographs. Our team will complete the visa application form and obtain your signature on the required documents. This is the only in-person step required — and only at the Rayna office, never at the Embassy or Visa Application Centre directly.

Step 4 — Application Submission by Rayna's Authorised Representative
Once your complete application file is ready and signed, Rayna Tours' authorised visa representative will submit the application on your behalf at the designated Visa Application Centre. There is no need for you to visit the centre at any stage.

Step 5 — Tracking & eVisa Delivery
Our dedicated coordination team will actively monitor the status of your application and keep you informed at every stage. Once approved, your Singapore eVisa will be sent directly to your registered email address — electronically linked to your passport with no sticker or stamp required.

Important Notes

  • Original passport and original photographs are mandatory for submission at the Rayna office — these cannot be substituted with copies.
  • Applications will not be accepted if travel is within 10 days from the date of submission.
  • Rayna Tours strongly recommends submitting all documents a minimum of 13 working days before the intended travel date.
  • Processing takes approximately 10 working days from the next day of document submission — subject to Embassy discretion. Files referred for security checks may take longer.
  • All visa application fees and Rayna Tours service fees are strictly non-refundable once the application has been initiated, regardless of the outcome.

Important Notice
Visa approval and permitted stay are determined solely by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) of Singapore. Rayna Tours acts as a professional visa assistance provider only and does not guarantee visa approval.

Singapore — Visa Overview

About Singapore

Singapore is one of the world's most extraordinary destinations — a city-state that defies expectations at every turn. In just over five decades, this small island nation transformed itself from a developing port city into one of the most prosperous, innovative, and well-connected nations on earth. What makes Singapore truly unique is its seamless fusion of four distinct cultures — Chinese, Malay, Indian, and Western — coexisting in harmony across a single island smaller than many cities in the region.

For visitors from the UAE, Singapore offers a travel experience that is strikingly different yet instantly familiar. Like Dubai, Singapore is a city built on ambition, vision, and global connectivity — but where Dubai rose from the desert, Singapore rose from the sea. The result is a destination of extraordinary contrasts — towering glass skyscrapers alongside centuries-old temples, world-class fine dining steps away from legendary hawker centres, and manicured urban gardens that have earned Singapore the title of the City in a Garden.

Marina Bay Sands — one of the most iconic architectural landmarks in the world — defines the Singapore skyline with its breathtaking infinity pool and panoramic views across the city. Gardens by the Bay captivates with its otherworldly Supertree Grove and Cloud Forest, while Sentosa Island offers Universal Studios Singapore, pristine beaches, and world-class entertainment. The historic districts of Chinatown, Little India, and Kampong Glam offer an immersive journey through Singapore's rich multicultural heritage. Orchard Road remains one of Asia's premier shopping destinations, and Singapore's hawker culture — recognised by UNESCO — serves some of the most celebrated street food on the planet.

Safe, clean, efficient, and welcoming, Singapore consistently ranks among the top destinations in the world for tourism, business, and quality of life. It is a destination that rewards every traveller — whether visiting for leisure, business, or family — with experiences that are genuinely world-class.

What is a Singapore eVisa?

A Singapore entry visa is an official pre-entry permission issued by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) of Singapore, permitting eligible foreign nationals to travel to and seek entry into Singapore. The Singapore visa is issued as a fully digital eVisa — there is no physical sticker placed in the passport. Upon approval, the eVisa is electronically linked to the applicant's passport.

It is important to understand that a visa is not an immigration pass. Possession of a valid visa does not guarantee entry into Singapore — the period of stay is determined by the ICA immigration officer at the port of entry, not by the visa itself.

Do You Need a Singapore Visa? — UAE, India & KSA

UAE Nationals: UAE nationals are not on Singapore's visa-required list and may enter Singapore visa-free. The permitted period of stay is determined by the immigration officer at the point of entry.

UAE Residents of Other Nationalities: The visa requirement is determined by the passport held. Residents of the UAE holding Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, or other visa-required nationality passports are required to obtain a Singapore eVisa before travel — UAE residency status alone does not exempt them.

KSA Nationals: Saudi Arabian nationals are not on Singapore's visa-required list and may enter Singapore visa-free. The permitted period of stay is determined at the point of entry.

KSA Residents of Other Nationalities: The visa requirement is determined by the passport held. Residents of KSA holding Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, or other visa-required nationality passports are required to obtain a Singapore eVisa before travel.

Indian Nationals: India is on Singapore's official visa-required list — Indian nationals are required to obtain a valid Singapore eVisa before travelling. Applications must be submitted through an authorised visa agent. Rayna Tours is an authorised agent and can process this on the applicant's behalf.

Visa Type — Fully Digital eVisa

The Singapore entry visa is issued as a fully digital eVisa — no physical sticker is placed in the passport and the passport does not need to be submitted or retained at any stage of the process. Upon approval, the eVisa is linked electronically to the applicant's passport.

Permitted Stay & Visa Validity

The permitted stay in Singapore is not tied to the validity of the visa — it is determined solely by the ICA immigration officer at the point of entry. The period of stay, number of entries, and visa validity are all at the sole discretion of the Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority.

Permitted Activities — Tourism & Business

Tourism: Sightseeing, leisure travel, visiting family or friends, cultural experiences, and short recreational activities.

Business: Attending meetings, conferences, seminars, trade exhibitions, and business negotiations. Visitors on a tourist visa cannot engage in paid employment or perform any work for a Singapore-based employer.

Letter of Invitation (LOI)

A Letter of Invitation (LOI) is a mandatory requirement for certain nationalities as part of the Singapore visa application process — including applicants from high-risk nationalities. Rayna Tours will advise and guide you on the LOI requirement based on your specific nationality and profile, and provide complete assistance in ensuring your LOI meets the standards required by the Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority. Our team will confirm at the time of application whether an LOI is applicable to your case.

Processing Time

Processing takes approximately 10 working days from the next day of document submission at the Visa Application Centre. This is subject to the Embassy's discretion — files referred for security checks may take longer.

Important: Applications will not be accepted if travel is within 10 days from the date of submission. Rayna Tours strongly recommends submitting all documents a minimum of 13 working days before the intended travel date to ensure sufficient processing time.

Rayna's Track Record — Singapore Visa

Based on our internal records and applications processed directly by Rayna Tours, we maintain a 99% approval rate on all Singapore visa applications to date. The 1% non-approval is solely attributable to security-related assessments made at the Embassy's discretion based on individual applicant backgrounds — entirely beyond Rayna's control. Our success is rooted in the precision, completeness, and consistency of every application we prepare.

Photograph Requirements — Singapore Visa Application

The following photograph specifications must be strictly adhered to. Applications submitted with photographs that do not meet these requirements will be rejected.

  • Both soft copy (digital) and hard copy (printed) photographs are required.
  • Photo must have been taken within the last 3 months.
  • Colour photo with matte finish — no border.
  • Size: 35mm (width) × 45mm (height).
  • Face must cover 80% of the photo — directly facing the camera.
  • Hair should be tied back and ears must be visible.
  • Photo must be taken with even and uniform brightness — no shadows on the face.
  • Facial expression must be neutral with mouth closed.
  • Photo must be clear, in sharp focus, and not pixelated.
  • Shoulders and hair must be fully visible.
  • Photo background must be white — no other colour is acceptable.
  • White or cream-coloured outfits are NOT acceptable — wear a dark-coloured outfit such as black, blue, or brown for contrast against the white background.
  • Full face must be visible without headgear — religious headgear that does not cover the face is permitted and must be dark in colour against the white background.
  • Spectacles, if worn, must have clear and untinted lenses with eyes clearly visible — tinted lenses and sunglasses are not acceptable.

  • All visa application fees and Rayna Tours service fees are strictly non-refundable once the application has been submitted — regardless of whether the outcome is approval, refusal, or delay.
  • The processing time of approximately 10 working days is an estimate only. Processing may take longer due to government holidays, system delays, security checks, or requests for additional documentation from the Singapore authorities. Rayna Tours bears no responsibility for any such delays.
  • Applicants must submit a complete, accurate, and genuine application with authentic supporting documents. Any errors, incomplete details, or misleading information may result in delays or refusal of the visa application.
  • The Singapore authorities reserve the right to request additional documents at any stage of the application process. Rayna Tours will communicate any such requests promptly.

  • Travellers on a Short-Term Visit Pass are not permitted to engage in any business, professional, or paid employment activities when in Singapore.
  • Approved visas must be used strictly within the stated validity period and permitted stay duration. Overstaying in Singapore is a serious offence — penalties under the Immigration Act include a jail term of up to six months and caning of not less than three strokes. In cases where caning cannot be administered, the offender will be fined up to SGD 6,000. All fines, penalties, and legal consequences arising from any overstay or immigration violation are the sole responsibility of the traveller.
  • SG Arrival Card (SGAC) — Mandatory for All Travellers: All travellers are required to submit the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) within 3 days before arriving in Singapore — including the day of arrival. The SGAC is a mandatory pre-arrival digital declaration that must be completed before boarding. Submission is free of charge and can be done through the official SGAC e-Service at ifed.ica.gov.sg or via the MyICA Mobile app. Travellers who fail to submit the SGAC before departure may be denied boarding or refused entry into Singapore. The SGAC is separate from and in addition to the visa — holding a valid visa does not exempt travellers from this requirement.
  • From January 2026, the ICA issues No-Boarding Directives (NBD) to airlines against identified prohibited or undesirable travellers, and against travellers who do not meet Singapore's entry requirements — such as possessing a valid visa or a travel document with at least six months' validity. Applicants are strongly advised to ensure full compliance with all entry requirements before departure.
  • Singapore visa regulations, documentation requirements, processing timelines, and applicable fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice at the discretion of the Singapore government. Applicants are advised to confirm the latest requirements before initiating any application.
  • Rayna Tours bears no responsibility for visa refusals, processing delays, or decisions made by the ICA or Singapore immigration authorities at any stage of the process.
