House of Hype

House of Hype is an indoor entertainment attraction on Level One of The Dubai Mall, spread across 100,000 square feet with more than 100 experiences across 18 themed worlds. It is open from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm, with last entry at 8:00 pm.

Inside, you move freely through the 18 themed zones, including melting cityscapes, glowing gardens, robotic palaces, secret portals and otherworldly flowers, with flash mob performances and surprise shows breaking out along the way. There is no fixed route, so shows, hidden rooms and photo moments turn up as you explore. Alongside the themed worlds, more than 20 retail and dining outlets let you shop or eat between zones, and a handful of paid skill games, including basketball, skee ball, baseball throw and a dance machine, are set up through the space.

1. Download your ticket from the confirmation email.
2. Present and scan the ticket at the venue to gain entry.

• Carry a valid ID or passport.
• Children aged 0 to 3 get free entry.
• Children must always be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.
• Free admission is available for people of determination.
• Last entry is one hour before the venue closes.
• Tickets can be used once only and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
• Lost, damaged or stolen tickets cannot be replaced, refunded or exchanged.
• If your booking includes a hotel transfer, eating, drinking and smoking inside the vehicle are not permitted.
• The venue uses bright lighting effects, including flashes and strobes, which may not suit guests with photosensitivity.
