Please ensure you carry a valid ID or passport with you.
Transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
Transfer timings may be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
The ideal age to begin ice skating is 3 yrs. Children under 100cm must be accompanied by an adult at all times and will be given a complimentary helmet for their safety.
For safety reasons, long dresses, national attire, or trailing clothing are not allowed during ice skating.
Guests are required to wear comfortable warm clothing, thick socks and gloves.
Pregnant ladies, people with any physical injury are not allowed for this activity.
Eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle during tours with transfer services, as per our terms and conditions.
