Chillout Ice Lounge Dubai is an ice-themed lounge on the ground floor of Times Square Center, kept at a constant minus 6 degrees Celsius. It is billed as the Middle East's first ice lounge, with the walls, seating, tables and sculptures carved entirely from real ice.

At the entrance, you suit up in a thermal coat, gloves and a fur cap, all included in the ticket price, before stepping into the sub-zero setting. Inside, illuminated ice sculptures line the room, some cut to resemble Dubai landmarks and an ice throne, showing off the detail carved into each block. Once you have explored the space, settle in for a warm drink, typically hot chocolate, tea or coffee, served alongside a dessert or hot chicken barbecue snacks depending on your order.

After this icy experience, you can continue the fun at Dubai Ice Rink or feel the thrill of indoor skydiving at iFly Dubai.<

  1. Download your ticket from your dashboard, or use the mobile voucher.

  3. Once scanned, enter the lounge.
  • On arrival, you will be given a thermal coat, woolen gloves and a fur cap; shoes and socks are provided too if needed.
  • Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
  • Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your visit.
  • The lounge is open from 10 am to 10 pm Saturday to Wednesday, and 10 am to midnight on Thursday and Friday.
  • Booking confirmation is instant, and you can show your voucher on your phone or print it.
  • The lounge is kept at minus 6 degrees Celsius throughout, so the thermal clothing provided is meant to be worn for your whole visit.

We never saw so many beautiful ice sculptures in our lives before. The tables and the walls were also covered in ice. The colorful lights make the environment fun and enjoyable.

Icy atmosphere and interiors

It was a memorable chill-out experience at his sub-zero lounge. We had to wait in the buffer zone for a while to get acclimated with the chilling temperature. Once we put on the thermal clothing and stepped inside the lounge, we were engrossed in its illuminated and unique interiors.
