• Tickets are sold at the Best Seating availability as per the option chosen.
• No re-entry once you've entered the venue.
  
• No outside food permitted inside, as per venue regulations.
• The venue has a lift, but the Bronze and Balcony categories on the 1st and 2nd floors are accessible only by stairs.
• Further, the silver category can be accessed from inside the auditorium but with a few stairs. There is a ramp to enter the venue for people of determination, but these customers cannot be taken to the categories having access by stairs
• Only popcorn and water are permitted inside the auditorium.
  
• Professional cameras, laptops, tablets, selfie sticks/monopods or tripods, and audio or video recorders are not allowed at the venue.
  
• Possession of illegal substances, weapons (including projectiles), drones, remote-controlled devices, glow sticks, and illuminating objects such as LED signage is prohibited.
