1. Download your ticket from the email address used at booking.
2. Present the ticket at the Burj Al Arab ticketing lounge for scanning.
3. Once scanned, proceed in for your guided tour.

• The tour starts at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel IBAA ticketing lounge, not at Burj Al Arab itself.
• Arrive 15 minutes before your tour start time.
• Photography is not allowed in the main atrium or on the first floor.
• Guests aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over.
• Children aged 0 to 3 enter free with a complimentary ticket issued at the ticketing lounge; proof of age may be requested.
• Dress smartly. Shorts, t-shirts, flip-flops and sports shoes such as running, gym, tennis or basketball shoes are not permitted.
• If transfers are included, eating, drinking and smoking are not allowed inside the vehicle.
• Transfers, when selected, are picked up from centrally located hotels and residences in Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road and Dubai Marina.
• Off-peak visiting windows are 11:00 to 13:00 and 17:00 to 19:00, useful if you prefer a quieter tour.
