Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival

Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport Nairobi in the morning; You will be met by a WildTrek Safaris representative after clearing with immigration formalities and transferred to your city hotel where you are briefed about your safari. Overnight at Panari Hotel / Pride Inn Azure (BB)

Day 2

Nairobi - Mara Game Reserve

Breakfast at the hotel and later proceed to the world-famous Masai Mara Game Reserve via the Great Rift Valley. En-route enjoy the beautiful scenery. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch and check in at the lodge. In the afternoon, enjoy an enthralling game-viewing drive (1600-1800Hrs). Spotting lions, cheetahs and other spectacular predators is the highlight of your day. This evening, enjoy a sumptuous dinner at your lodge.

Day 3

Full Day of Game-viewing

After breakfast, proceed on a full-day game-viewing drive with picnic Lunch (0700-1530Hrs) to search for the myriad species of game that make this reserve their home. If you are lucky, you can witness the kill in action, moment by moment, right in front of your unbelieving eyes! You can expect to see the famous 'Big 5'. In the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner at your Lodge. Dinner and Overnight at Mara Sentrim (FB)

Day 4

Departure

After breakfast, drive to Nairobi where you will be transferred to JKIA for your departure flight back home.

• Flying doctors coverage: Optional @ US$ 20.00 per person.

o Covers you within East Africa for a period of 14 days. In the eventuality of a medical emergency, you will be airlifted to Nairobi where you will be taken to a good hospital. Hospital bills are born by the patient

Important Information

Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:

You will receive the Booking Confirmation email within 48 hours of the payment made.
Flight ticket, Hotel / Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 48 hours prior to departure
Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like valid passport with valid UAE residence permit, Emirates Id card, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, travel insurance and other related documents.
You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

Cancellation Policy:

30 days or more before the departure date – AED 3500
30 to 21 days before departure date – 75 %
21 days to 5 days before departure date – 90 %
05 days to 0 days before departure date – 100 %

Important note:

Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight and hotel fares may change at any point in time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.
Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
All visa approvals or rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.
We act as facilitators for making travel arrangements and are not responsible for the granting or rejection of customer entry into any country. The sole decision rests with the concerned Embassy or Airline. We cannot be held liable for the same.
As a travel company, we are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in flights made by the airlines.
Cancellations due to any natural calamity or a pandemic leading to Force Majeure or lockdown in the destination resulting in flight or hotel cancellation will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.

Booking Policy

In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Payment Terms

Booking amount of AED 3500 per person is required at the time of booking.
The balance payment must be made 30 days prior to the departure failing which the services may be released.
