This ferry ticket covers the Gulf of Thailand crossing from Koh Samui to Koh Phangan, one of the most-travelled short hops in the islands. You can board at either Bangrak Pier or Pralan Pier on Samui, and the boat lands at Thong Sala Pier, Koh Phangan's main gateway, in around 25 to 30 minutes.

Arrive about 30 minutes before departure so the crew can check you in and help with your bags; boarding is organized and does not take long. Onboard, choose an open deck for the sea breeze or the air-conditioned cabin, both with cushioned seating and clean restrooms. Three sailings run each day, at 8:00 am, 11:00 am and 12:30 pm, so you can time the crossing around an earlier or later start without losing the day.

Your ticket departs from either Bangrak Pier or Pralan Pier on Koh Samui, depending on the option you booked. Get there about 30 minutes before departure. Sailings run at 8:00, 11:00 and 12:30, so pick the one that fits the rest of your day. Staff handle boarding and help with luggage at the pier.
The crossing to Koh Phangan
The boat takes about 25 to 30 minutes across the Gulf of Thailand. Sit on the open deck for the sea breeze or inside the air-conditioned cabin, both with cushioned seating, clean restrooms and large windows. Crew and safety equipment are onboard for the whole crossing.
Arrival at Thong Sala Pier
You land at Thong Sala, Koh Phangan's main gateway, where songthaews and taxis wait to take you on to your resort or beach. Departure times can shift with the weather.
