Samui ATV Tour

The Samui ATV Tour is a guided all-terrain vehicle ride through Koh Samui's rugged, less-visited interior, reaching jungle trails, muddy tracks and hilly terrain that standard vehicles cannot reach, for a different view of the island than its beaches offer. Riders can go solo or with a passenger, and the ride is available in 2, 3 or 4 hour options depending on how much of the interior you want to cover.

Your day begins with a hotel transfer to the ATV base camp, where you are fitted with safety gear and given riding instructions, with a short practice area to test turning and braking before joining the main trail. This warm-up stretch is built in so riders arriving with no ATV experience can get a feel for the controls before the terrain gets more demanding.

From the base camp, the route runs through villages, jungle trails and coconut plantations, moving between smooth muddy tracks and steeper, rockier inclines as the terrain changes, including muddy stretches after rain. Guides who are expert ATV riders lead each group, setting the pace and keeping an eye on safety over the rougher stretches, so riders of different experience levels can take part without the ride feeling rushed.

There are stops along the route at photogenic spots where you can pause and photograph the surrounding landscape, much of which is only reachable by ATV rather than on foot or by car. These stretches of Koh Samui's interior, from muddy tracks to hillside trails, stay largely out of view of standard sightseeing tours.

Since ATVs can be ridden solo or two-up, groups often mix riders of different confidence levels; the guides keep the group together and adjust speed so no one is left behind on the tougher sections, whether the option booked runs 2, 3 or 4 hours.

1. You will receive your tour confirmation voucher by email shortly after booking.
2. Check your spam or junk folder if it does not arrive, or contact our support team.
3. Download the voucher and show it on your phone or as a printout at the base camp.

• Arrive at least 30 minutes before your slot time with your voucher ready.
• If you fail to report within the given time, there is no rescheduling or refund.
