• Oversize and excess baggage is subject to the availability of storage space
• If guests fail to report within the given time there will be no Rescheduling or Refund for it
• Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the ferry during any tour that includes transfer services
• Pets are not allowed on the ferry
• The ferry / Speedboat departure time may vary depending on the weather conditions
• Due to safety policies, pregnant passengers are not permitted to travel

• Your selected time slot is the pick-up from the ferry stopping area
• Kindly keep 1 hrs difference in between your arrival and Pickup to avoid any inconvenience
• The operator and suppliers are not responsible for loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience.

• Children requiring a separate seat will be charged as per applicable rates.
• Late arrival, missed transfers, or no-shows will be treated as cancellations with no refund. Guests missing transfers must arrange their own transportation.
