Arriving at Dubai International Airport after a long flight is the wrong time to be sorting out a taxi queue or public transport with your bags. This airport pickup service meets you at any of DXB's three terminals and takes you straight to your Dubai hotel, in a vehicle sized for your group.

Once you clear immigration and collect your luggage, your driver is waiting at the arrivals area holding a placard with your name, and helps load your bags before walking you to the vehicle. Pickup vehicles range from a 4-seater car to a 12-seater van depending on your group size and chosen drop-off zone in Dubai, and every vehicle is air-conditioned, well maintained, and driven by an experienced, licensed chauffeur. Share your flight details in advance, and keep about three hours between your flight's arrival time and the pickup slot you book, to allow time for immigration and baggage claim.

Rayna's Dubai team is reachable if your flight time changes after booking.

These include Airport Transfers from Dubai to Abu Dhabi for intercity travel or an Airport Drop Off service to ensure a smooth journey back at the end of the stay.<

  • Pickup available from any of Dubai Airport's three terminals.
  • Fleet of air-conditioned, well-maintained, and regularly serviced vehicles.
  • Experienced, licensed, and professional chauffeurs who arrive on schedule.
  • No queuing for taxis or shuttles after you land.
  • Choice of 4, 7, or 12-seater vehicles to match your group size and drop-off zone.

Inclusions

  • Transfer in an air-conditioned minibus or van.

  • Airport parking charges included.

Exclusions

  • Tips and gratuities for the driver.

  • Any personal expenses outside the transfer itself.

  1. Meet your driver in the arrivals area

Once you have cleared immigration and collected your bags, your driver is waiting in the arrivals area holding a placard with your name on it. Pickups are covered from all three terminals at Dubai International Airport. Book your pickup slot about three hours after your flight lands so there is room for immigration and baggage claim.

  2. Load up and set off

The driver helps load your luggage before you leave. The vehicle is a 4, 7 or 12 seater depending on the option you book, air-conditioned and driven by a licensed chauffeur, and airport parking charges are already covered.

  3. Drop-off at your Dubai address

Your drop-off follows the zone you select at booking, zones 1 through 5 across the city. The driver helps with the luggage again once you reach the hotel.
