The Red Route runs through Old Dubai, past Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood, Al Seef, and the Gold and Spice Souks, then on to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, and Atlantis, The Palm. The Blue Route takes in Madinat Jumeirah and the Dubai Marina Promenade, while the Sunset and Night Tour covers the same skyline after dark. You can sit on the air-conditioned lower deck or climb to the open-top upper deck, and pre-recorded commentary in 12 languages plays through a headset at every seat, with a separate kids' version in Arabic and English.

1. Check your email for the ticket after booking.
2. Download it to your phone or print it out.
3. Present it for scanning at any City Sightseeing redemption point, including Dubai Mall bus parking, Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, Atlantis The Palm, JBR Beach, or Souk Madinat Jumeirah.
4. Once scanned, hop on at any stop along your chosen route.

• Departures run every 25 to 30 minutes depending on the route you choose.
• After your ticket is scanned, you can hop on and off at any stop along your route, except on the Sunset and Night Tour, which runs as a single loop.
• The Red Route takes about 1 hour 30 minutes, the Blue Route about 2 hours 10 minutes, and the Sunset and Night Tour about 2 hours.
• Buses depart daily from Dubai Mall between 9 am and 6 pm.
