1. Bring your e-ticket or a printed copy of the confirmation email with you.
2. Show your ticket and booked time slot to the representative for verification.
3. Once verified, you can proceed to the helipad for your flight.

• Children aged 2 years and above are allowed on board.
• Passengers who weigh more than 140 kg cannot be accepted for the flight.
• Pregnant women can fly up to 32 weeks; beyond that, it is at their own risk.
• A maximum of 5 passengers is allowed per helicopter.
• Arrive at least 45 minutes before your scheduled flight time; arriving later may be treated as a no-show.
• Carry your original passport; e-copies are not accepted for the helicopter ride.
• Hotel pickup, where selected, is arranged from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Marina).
