• Doors will open at 5:15 PM, with the event starting at 6:00 PM. For the second slot, doors will open at 8:15 PM, and the show will start at 9:00 PM.
• Tickets are sold at the Best Seating availability as per the option chosen
• Venue team might ask for ID for age proof.
• The show is strictly for audiences 14 years and above.
• No re-entry or exit once you've entered the venue. 
• Tickets are non-refundable. 
• VVIP category is on an allocation basis.
• VIP, Gold, Silver, and Bronze categories are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Gold category is on the 1st floor, while Silver and Bronze are on the 2nd floor (no lift access, stairs only).
• Limited parking available – please arrive on time.
• Snacks and beverages are available at the venue on a paid basis.
• Only popcorn and water are allowed inside the auditorium.
• Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
