Overview

The View, an observation deck on the 52nd floor of the Palm Tower, adjacent to Nakheel Mall, provides a novel perspective. Accessible from the mall's roof, a rapid elevator ascent takes you 240 meters above the island. Before reaching the deck, an interactive museum and gallery recount the Palm Jumeirah's origin story. Once atop, relish a 360-degree vista encompassing the Palm Jumeirah, Dubai's skyline, and the Arabian Gulf. The View offers open and enclosed viewing areas, a VIP lounge, café, and a souvenir shop to commemorate your visit.

Important Information

A passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to be carried during this activity.
Children should be accompanied by Adult throughout the tour experience.
Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the venue.
The venue reserves the right to refuse entry in case of non-compliance with park rules and regulations.
The management is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the visit.
All visitors must adhere to the safety guidelines and instructions provided by staff at the venue.
Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.

From 1st October 2025, peak hours will be 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm.
From 11th October 2025, operating hours will be 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, with last entry at 7:30 pm.
