Dubai Frame is a 150-metre-tall structure in Zabeel Park shaped like a giant picture frame, with two towers connected at the top by a glass-floored Sky Deck. It holds the Guinness World Record for the largest building built in the shape of a picture frame, and it looks out over both the old and new districts of the city.

The visit starts at ground level in the Dubai Past Gallery, where multimedia displays and exhibits trace the city's growth from a small fishing village into its present-day skyline. A glass elevator then carries you up to the Sky Deck in about 75 seconds, where floor-to-ceiling views open out on both sides, modern Dubai on one side and the older neighbourhoods of Karama, Bur Dubai, Deira and Umm Hurair on the other. A glass walkway across the deck gives you a clear view down to the ground below, and interactive projectors let you draw or write something that then appears on a nearby screen. On the way down, the Dubai Future Gallery closes the visit with a look at how planners imagine Dubai fifty years from now.

For a complete entertainment package, choose Desert Safari and Global Village Dubai tickets. Don't miss out on the best-selling activity, Burj Khalifa Tour that offers a sweeping 360-view of the city.

The Dubai full day trip was fantastic. Our tour guide Zayed Ali arrived on time, was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about Dubai, the history of the UAE as well as many other topics. He was very flexible with our schedule and offered suggestions for us to choose from. He is quite a good photographer and knows just the right spot to capture a photo. He is an expert tour guide and I highly recommend him to anyone.
