  • Approach the turnstiles and place your tickets against the scanner.
  • Once scanned, you can proceed to enter the venue and embark on a memorable trip.

Sky Views Edge Walk Itinerary

  • Upon arrival, present your entry ticket or reservation confirmation to the staff at the designated check-in area
  • Attend a demo session with the Edge Walk experience, where professional guides will provide safety instructions and explain the proper techniques for walking on the edge
  • Gear up with the necessary safety equipment, such as harnesses and helmets, under the guidance of the staff
  • Begin your thrilling Edge Walk adventure, which allows you to walk on a designated path along the edge of the skyscraper
  • Experience the exhilaration and panoramic views of the city as you navigate the specially designed walkway
  • After completing the Edge Walk, proceed to the Glass Walk (Observatory), where you can step onto a transparent walkway for a unique perspective of the city below
  • Finally, enjoy your one-time experience on the Glass Slide, which offers a thrilling slide down from a higher floor to a lower floor while surrounded by glass walls
  • Take your time to capture photos, embrace the breathtaking views, and savor the adrenaline rush of the Edge Walk and Glass Slide

Sky Views Edge Walk 
  • Passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to be carried.
  • Children below 12 years of age are not allowed.
  • The height, weight and age restrictions are as follows :
  • Age criteria : Guests aged between 12 and 65 years will be allowed (Minors under 18 years require the consent of their parent/s in person)
  • Weight criteria : Guests weighing from 30 to 120 kgs will be allowed.
  • Height criteria : Guests with height ranging from 130 cm to 200 cm will be allowed.
  • Wear modest and comfortable clothing (no loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, loose footwear, or long and loose scarves).
  • Please notify the Sky Views staff of any disability, intellectual or physical, that would prevent you from completing the physical and mental tasks throughout the experience.
  • Please notify the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including any physical limitations or medical conditions including but not limited to; neck weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if pregnant.
  • Ticket is valid the date and time slot selected.

Note: The Sky Views Observatory can only be accessed through Tower 1, it is essential to inform guests to proceed directly to Tower 1 for access to the observatory.

In addition to the above please note: Sky Views can be accessed through The Address Sky View Tower 1 Level 1, entry point next to residence entrance or via The Dubai Mall metro link to the main entrance of Sky Views - Level 1 (next to Marina Pharmacy).
