For departures, the same representative expedites check-in and immigration so you reach the gate without rushing.

1. Carry your e-ticket or a printed copy of the confirmation email with you.
2. Approach the Marhaba representative at the designated counter and show your booking details.
3. Once verified, the representative will assist you through the rest of the service.

• Terminal 1: the Marhaba counter is in area A.
• Terminal 2: the counter is in the departure area before check-in.
• Terminal 3: the counter is in the departure area before check-in, near entrance gates 1 and 2.
• Al Maktoum (DWC): the counter is in the departure area.
• Bronze and Silver Meet and Greet are shared services, so you may be grouped with other passengers. Gold is exclusive and not on a sharing basis.
• A hand baggage trolley must be requested in advance, at the time of booking.
• Buggy transfer through the airport terminals is subject to availability and access.
• Service is subject to availability; if a booking cannot be confirmed, a refund will be processed.
