1. Check your email after booking and download the ticket.
2. Present it at the ticket counter or turnstile at Hatta Wadi Hub for scanning.
3. Once scanned, you can enter and start your chosen activities.

• Carry a valid ID or passport with you.
• Pregnant women, and anyone with heart problems, serious knee or back pain, or major surgery in the past six months, cannot take part in the activities.
• Check the height, weight and child policy for each activity before booking, since requirements vary by activity.
• Secure glasses or sunglasses with an elastic strap during activities.
• Do not carry sharp objects in your pockets.
• Closed, supportive footwear is required; flip-flops, sandals, sliders, high heels and bare feet are not allowed.
• Dress should be culturally appropriate.
• Eating, drinking and smoking are not allowed on the attractions.
• Long hair must be tied back for safety.
• Activities close 30 minutes before the park's official closing time.
