Arriving in Phuket after a long flight is not the moment to queue for a taxi or haggle over a fare. This pickup service takes you straight from Phuket Airport to your hotel, with a driver waiting in the arrivals hall and a private car or a shared vehicle to choose from, whichever suits your budget and party size.

Your driver meets you with your name on a placard, helps load your luggage and takes you to a well-maintained, air-conditioned vehicle: a Sedan for two, an SUV for four, or a Van for up to eight, each rated for a matching number of bags. Toll fees are covered on the way. Choose the private option if you want the vehicle to yourselves, or the shared option, which is the more affordable way to make the same trip.

• Carry a valid ID or passport during the transfer.
• Share your flight and arrival timing details in advance for a smooth pickup.
• Private transfers are available from centrally located hotels in Phuket, including Kata, Karon, Patong, Kamala, Merlin, Surin, Tri Trang, Old Town, Mai Khao and Kata Noi Beach; other locations are on a request basis.
• Oversized or excess baggage is subject to available storage space; let us know in advance.
• If you fail to report within the given time it counts as a no-show, with no rescheduling or refund.
• Vehicle capacity: Sedan seats 2 with 2 luggage bags, SUV seats 4 with 4 luggage bags, Van seats 8 with 8 luggage bags.
• Keep at least a 3-hour gap between your flight's arrival time and your chosen pickup slot to avoid delays.
