Dolphins Bay Phuket is the island's first and only dolphinarium, located in the Chalong area of southern Phuket. The main draw is a 45-minute show featuring dolphins and fur seals, staged in a setting designed to resemble their natural habitat.

The show opens with dolphins and seals working through a run of tricks, from leaping through rings to painting, dancing and playing with balls, all guided by their trainers. Advanced life-support systems keep the water at a controlled temperature and salinity, with nutrition designed to match what the animals would find in the wild, so the setting stays close to their natural environment throughout the performance. Trainers work alongside the animals for the full 45 minutes, and the venue is built around welfare standards for the dolphins and seals in its care.

• Swimming with the dolphins is for adults and children aged 6 and above; children aged 4 to 5 may join only with a parent on an additional full-price ticket, subject to reconfirmation with Dolphins Bay Phuket's reservation team.
