A valid photo ID or passport must be carried and displayed at the entrance.
Booking confirmation is valid only for the selected date and time.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Sharing transfers are available from centrally located hotels in Phuket (Kata, Karon, Patong).
Eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle during transfer tours.
Guests who fail to avail of the transfer service must make their own arrangements for transfers or tours.
No refund or rescheduling is applicable.
The pickup or starting time mentioned on the voucher is approximate.
Guests are requested to be present at the pickup point or hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
Waiting time may be 30–45 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and hotel location.
Sharing transfer timings may be modified by 30–60 minutes due to traffic conditions and route planning.
