Late arrival, missed transfers, or no-shows will be treated as cancellations with no refund. Guests missing transfers must arrange their own transportation.
Waiting time may occur during peak hours, weekends, or public holidays.
Seat allocation is subject to availability and first-come, first-served basis.
Schedules and routes are subject to change due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions.
For scheduled transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before the assigned pickup time.
Promotional tickets are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with any other offers or discounts.
Children below 90 cm in height are not eligible to purchase or access Flight Theater tickets.
Visitors with a height of 120 cm or above must also purchase an adult ticket, regardless of age.
For safety reasons, the company reserves the right to deny ticket sales or entry to senior citizens or guests with underlying medical conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, or similar health concerns.
Senior citizens aged 60 years and above are eligible to purchase tickets at the child ticket rate upon presentation of a valid government-issued ID.
