• If the guest returns to the hotel at any point during the service period — for rest, meetings, freshening up, or any other reason — the disposal service for that day will be considered completed, and the vehicle will be released accordingly.
• Oversized or excess baggage depends on available space in the vehicle.
• Failing to be ready at the agreed start time is treated as a no-show, with no rescheduling or refund.
