South Bali Tour

The South Bali Tour is a half-day sightseeing trip that runs from early afternoon into the evening, pairing three of South Bali's landmarks: Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) Cultural Park, the limestone coast at Tanah Barak, and the cliffside Uluwatu Temple, timed to close with a sunset dance performance.

An English-speaking guide travels with you for the day, and roundtrip hotel pickup and drop-off in an air-conditioned vehicle is included.

Cultural performances at GWK Park

The tour opens at Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park, a cultural hub built around large stone carvings and open plazas. You can walk through the grounds at your own pace, watch a traditional Balinese dance performance, and take in views of the surrounding coastline from the park's higher viewpoints. The stop works as an introduction to Bali's Hindu beliefs and artistic traditions as much as it does the scenery.

A scenic pause at Tanah Barak

From GWK, the tour continues to Tanah Barak, a coastal stop known for its limestone cliffs and blue water. The break here is built for photos, with the cliffs forming a backdrop before the drive continues to the final stop of the day.

Sunset and the Kecak Dance at Uluwatu

The day ends at Uluwatu Temple, set on a clifftop where waves break against the rock below. As the sun goes down, performers begin the Kecak Dance: a group of chanting dancers retell scenes from the Ramayana. The performance closes with a fire show set against the sunset sky, before the drive back to your hotel.
