Nusa Lembongan Snorkeling & Mangrove Day Tour

This full-day tour crosses by speedboat from Bali to the islands of Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Penida, running from around 7:30 am to 5 pm. Guided snorkelling over coral reefs is the highlight of the day, rounded out with a mangrove excursion and a buffet lunch at a tropical restaurant. The itinerary covers both islands in a single day trip from Bali.

A roundtrip hotel transfer takes you to the harbour to begin the day. From there you board a modern speedboat for the crossing, with sea breeze and views of the surrounding islands along the way.

Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Penida sit away from Bali's busier coast, with sandy beaches, calm bays, and clear turquoise water that draw snorkellers and divers from across the region. The slower pace and scenery also make the islands a good stop for photography.

An English-speaking guide leads the snorkelling session in water that stays clear enough to pick out coral reefs and the tropical fish that move through them. Masks, fins, and other safety equipment are provided, along with drinking water, so you do not need to arrange your own gear beforehand.

Once you are back on board, the tour continues with a mangrove excursion by kayak, boat, or stand-up paddleboard, drifting through the mangrove forest at a slower pace than the snorkelling stop and giving you a quieter close to the morning. A buffet lunch at a tropical restaurant follows, serving a mix of Indonesian and international dishes in an island-style setting where you can dry off and recharge before the return crossing to Bali.
