The Bali ATV Tour is a guided, roughly two-hour ride on an all-terrain vehicle through Bali's rural back country, crossing mud tracks, rivers, and rice fields with stops for photos along the way.

Hotel pickup and briefing

A driver collects you from your hotel and takes you to the starting point, where you are fitted with a helmet, gloves, and other safety gear before a full safety briefing and a short practice run for first-timers to get used to the controls.

Riding into the countryside

From there, you follow a guide across jungle trails, streams, and rice fields where farmers are often still working the land, and through more technical sections such as caves, bamboo forest, and river crossings. The single-rider ATVs are built for this kind of terrain, and an instructor stays with the group throughout to help with technique on the tougher sections and keep everyone on the right track. Along the way, there are stops to rest, take photos, and see stretches of rural Bali, including villages and hillside routes, that most tours skip entirely.

Cleaning up afterward

Once you are back at base, lockers and showers let you store valuables during the ride and clean up afterward, with a towel provided so you are not left dripping on the drive home. Since the route crosses rivers and puddles, closed shoes and clothing you do not mind getting wet or muddy are a good idea for the ride.

Bali's countryside around the ATV trails looks different from the seat of an ATV than it does from behind a car window, and the two hours on the tracks pass quickly once the ride gets going. Rayna's local team manages your pickup and stays reachable throughout, so any last-minute questions before or during the tour are easy to sort out.
