Arriving in Phuket after a long flight is not the moment to queue for a taxi or haggle over a fare. This pickup service takes you straight from Phuket Airport to your hotel, with a driver waiting in the arrivals hall and a private car or a shared vehicle to choose from, whichever suits your budget and party size.

Your driver meets you with your name on a placard, helps load your luggage and takes you to a well-maintained, air-conditioned vehicle: a Sedan for two, an SUV for four, or a Van for up to eight, each rated for a matching number of bags. Toll fees are covered on the way. Choose the private option if you want the vehicle to yourselves, or the shared option, which is the more affordable way to make the same trip.

Give us your flight and hotel details in advance so the pickup runs smoothly, and let the team know if you are travelling with oversized bags. Rayna's local team is on hand if your flight time changes.

  1. Meet your driver in the arrival hall

Your driver waits in the arrival hall at Phuket International Airport holding a placard with your name on it. He speaks English, helps with the luggage, and takes you out to the vehicle.

  2. Travel in the vehicle you selected

The sedan carries 2 passengers with 2 bags, the SUV 4 with 4, and the van 8 with 8, so pick the size that matches your party and luggage at booking. Airport parking charges are already covered, and toll fees are included on the way.

  3. Drive to your Phuket hotel

Around an hour and a half is allowed for the one-way run into the island. Private transfers operate from the centrally located hotel areas, Kata, Karon, Patong, Kamala, Surin, Old Town and Mai Khao among them, with other areas taken on request. Give your flight and hotel details in advance so the timing lines up.
