The experience begins with a speedboat transfer towards the designated diving location surrounded by Boracay’s beautiful coastal waters. A valid government-issued photo ID or passport is mandatory for entry.
All bookings are subject to availability and final reconfirmation. Time slots are only guaranteed once confirmed within 24 hours.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted in transfer vehicles or during tours.
Transfers are only for Point to Point basis unless disposable mentioned.
This tour is not valid for Philippines passport holders
No refunds, amendments, or cancellations for unused, missed, partially used, or no-show services.
Outside food and beverages may not be allowed as per venue regulations.

Late arrival, missed transfers, or no-shows will be treated as cancellations with no refund. Guests missing transfers must arrange their own transportation.

For scheduled transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before the assigned pickup time.

For health and safety reasons, you should not take a flight for at least 24 hours after you dive
Do not participate in this activity if you’ve just consumed food or alcoholic beverages
If the sea is too rough, the experience may be cancelled. If the winds are too strong, there will be a possibility that children will not be allowed to participate for safety reasons
Participants aged 18+ must sign a waiver before participating. An adult should be present to sign the waiver for participants aged 13to17.
During Habagat Season (June to September), low tides may cause possible delays.
Arrive at the meet-up location 15 minutes before the scheduled activity time

If you arrive past the waiting time and cannot be contacted, you will be considered a "no-show." The representative will leave and no refund will be issued
