Ski Dubai from Abu Dhabi

Ski Dubai is an indoor ski resort inside the Mall of the Emirates in Dubai, widely regarded as the Middle East's first indoor ski resort. Spread across 22,500 square metres, it combines real snow, ski slopes and a snow park within a mall that also houses Dubai's wider shopping and entertainment options.

Inside, five ski runs of different sizes cater to different skill levels, including a black diamond run that stretches for more than 400 metres. Beyond the slopes, the snow park has toboggan runs, sledding areas and ice caves for snowball fights and building snowmen, along with rides such as the giant snowball ride and the Mountain Thriller. A chairlift ride takes you above the runs for a view across most of the facility. Depending on your ticket choice, you can also visit the Penguin Encounter to see Gentoo and King penguins, or take on the high-speed Snow Bullet ride for an extra burst of speed.

After enjoying the thrills of Ski Dubai, you can continue exploring nearby attractions such as Dubai Mall Aquarium, take in striking panoramic views from At the Top, Burj Khalifa, and enjoy the shopping and entertainment experiences at the Mall of the Emirates.

1. Carry your e-ticket or a printed copy with you to Ski Dubai.
2. Present your ticket at the ticketing counter to receive an entry wristband for your selected option.
3. Scan the wristband at the turnstiles to enter the venue.

• Ski or snowboard equipment, jackets, trousers, socks, boots, gloves and helmets are provided at the venue.
• Children under 13 must wear a helmet at all times on the slopes and in the snow park.
• The Snow Bullet ride requires children over 8 years old, at least 125 cm tall and 30 kg or more; adults are subject to a maximum weight of 120 kg.
• Mobile phones and cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter area.
• Eating and drinking are allowed only at designated areas such as the Avalanche Cafe and North 28 restaurant, and their timings may vary.
• Slope access is reserved for experienced skiers and snowboarders.
• The venue is not wheelchair accessible.
• Pregnant women cannot take part in the snow activities.
• If you have booked the Snow Premium option, carry the confirmation email sent to you 48 hours before your visit.
• Eating, drinking and smoking are not allowed inside transfer vehicles.
