This full-day, guided city tour takes you through Abu Dhabi's best-known sights in a single outing, from the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque to Yas Island, before winding up at the Heritage Village, with hotel pickup and drop-off included throughout the day.

Morning pickup (8:30 am onwards)

Your day begins with a hotel pickup from your Abu Dhabi hotel or residence at around 8:30 am. Your guide meets you for the day, ready to take you through the city's landmarks and out to Yas Island.

Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque

The first major stop is the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world and home to the world's largest hand-knotted carpet along with chandeliers weighing several tonnes. Modest dress covering arms and legs is required, and a scarf is recommended for women, since the mosque enforces a dress code at the entrance. You will have time to walk through its courtyards and photograph the marble domes and columns before rejoining your guide.

Yas Island and the city drive

From the mosque, the tour heads to Yas Island for a drive-through stop at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, followed by a look at Qasr Al Watan or Louvre Abu Dhabi Museum, depending on your booking. The route also takes in the Corniche, Abu Dhabi's long waterfront promenade, and passes the Emirates Palace Hotel, with time to stop for photographs at several points along the way.

Heritage Village

The tour winds up at Heritage Village, a recreated fishing settlement with Bedouin-style tents, stone and palm-leaf dwellings, and a traditional Arabic souk.
