Day 1

Arrival in Jaipur & Check-In; Sound & Light Show at Amer Fort

Meet our representative as you arrive in Jaipur! Following a smooth transfer and hotel check-in, relax in your room and then head out in the evening to treat yourself to the stunning Sound & Light Show at Amer Fort, which breathes life into the fort’s historic grandeur.

Day 2

Amber Fort, City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal, Bapu Bazaar shopping

The entire day is dedicated to exploring Jaipur’s top attractions on a guided excursion. Begin at the iconic Amber Fort and then tour the City Palace, before visiting the astonishing Jantar Mantar and the striking Hawa Mahal. A shopping session at the bustling Bapu Bazaar ensures a relaxed end to your city sightseeing.

Day 3

Jaipur – Mandawa – Bikaner

After breakfast and hotel check-out, you’ll travel to Bikaner, where you can absorb Mandawa’s beautifully painted Havelis and rich heritage along the way. Once you reach Bikaner, check in to your room to spend the rest of the day at your relaxed pace.

Day 4

Bikaner – Jaisalmer

Today, you’ll bid farewell to Bikaner before enjoying a pleasant drive to the Golden City of Jaisalmer. Admire the region’s raw desert allure as you make your way to this historic city. As you arrive here, check in to your hotel for a peaceful overnight stay.

Day 5

Jaisalmer Sightseeing

Today, embark on a fully guided tour of Jaisalmer’s best sights and sounds. See ornate Havelis, visit the marvelous Jaisalmer Fort, and be in awe of the region’s intricately carved Jain temples, such as Chandraprabhu, Parasnath, Shitalnath, Sambhavnath, Shantinath, Kunthunath, and Rikhabdev. In the evening, enjoy a desert excursion at the enchanting Sam Sand Dunes, which feasts your senses with exquisite experiences, cultural performances, and gorgeous sunset views.

Day 6

Jaisalmer – Jodhpur

Prepare for an exciting journey as you leave Jaisalmer’s golden beauty behind and drive to Jodhpur. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and then spend the rest of the day exploring the city’s top attractions, including the magnificent Mehrangarh Fort, the serene Jaswant Thada, and the ever-effervescent Sardar Bazaar and the bustling Clock Tower area.

Day 7

Jodhpur – Ranakpur – Udaipur

Today, prepare for an exciting drive toward Udaipur, covering the scenic Aravalli Range. Stop at Ranakpur along the way to take in its revered Jain Temple, renowned for its intricate marble carvings. In Udaipur, visit Lake Pichola, offering views of Jag Mandir and Arsi Vilas. Finally, check into your hotel and enjoy a peaceful overnight stay.

Day 8

Udaipur Sightseeing

Enjoy a full-day sightseeing of this charming city. A visit to the magnificent Fateh Prakash Palace kicks off your excursion, which continues to the picturesque Lake Pichola and the sacred Jagdish Temple. Later, wander the beautifully designed Saheliyon Ki Bari and end your day at Shilpgram, an artisan village showcasing Rajasthan’s traditional crafts and unpretentious charm.

Day 9

Departure

Today, you’ll conclude your Rajasthan holiday on a stress-free note as you complete checkout procedures and enjoy a pleasant drive to the airport or railway station.

We aim to make your journey as seamless and enjoyable as possible. To ensure a smooth travel experience, please take a moment to review the important details below before you begin your trip.

Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.

Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.

For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.

Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
