Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Jaipur – Local Sightseeing

Upon landing in Jaipur, our representative will drop you off at your accommodation. Check in to your room and then prepare to explore the city’s iconic sights, from the magnificent City Palace and Jantar Mantar, an astronomical wonder, to the impressive Hawa Mahal. In the evening, relax in your room or, optionally, tour the traditional village of Chokhi Dhani to be part of cultural activities and relish authentic cuisine.

Day 2

Jaipur - Jodhpur

After breakfast and hotel check-out, a scenic, six-hour drive will transfer you to Jodhpur. Check in to your hotel and rest, overnight Stay Jodhpur

Day 3

Jodhpur - Local Sightseeing

Begin your day with a delightful breakfast followed by sightseeing in Jodhpur, covering iconic attractions like Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada, and the colorful Clock Tower Market for authentic shopping experiences

Day 4

Drive to Jaisalmer

What awaits you today is Jaisalmer’s golden beauty, as you depart from Jodhpur and enjoy a thrilling five-hour drive. An optional stop at the iconic Pokhran Fort along the way adds to your journey. After checking into your hotel, you’ll tour the stunning Gadisar Lake and the region’s local markets.

Day 5

Jaisalmer Sightseeing & Evening Desert Camp

Today, Jaisalmer’s wealth of cultural and historical attractions unveils on a sightseeing tour. Visit the region’s historic attractions, such as Jaisalmer Fort, Patwon ki Haveli, and Nathmal ki Haveli. Later, keep your evening free to experience the desert magic with a memorable desert camp session, complete with a camel safari, traditional folk dance performances, and a delicious Rajasthani dinner under the stars.

Day 6

Drive to Bikaner

After breakfast and hotel check out, you’ll travel to Bikaner, approximately 6 hours away. Upon arrival, explore the marvelous Junagarh Fort, known for its intricate architecture and rich history. You’ll also visit the renowned Karni Mata Temple in Deshnok, home to thousands of revered rats.

Day 7

Bikaner - Jaipur

Today, you’ll leave Bikaner and travel back to Jaipur. Once you arrive at your hotel, check in to your room and spend the evening at leisure by shopping for charming traditional Rajasthani handicrafts and jewelry at the bustling Bapu Bazaar or Johari Bazaar.

Day 8

Departure

Your Rajasthan holiday concludes as you check out of the hotel and get transferred to the airport or railway station.

Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.

Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.

For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.

Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
