Day 1

Arrival; Drive to Jaisalmar; Gadisar Lake Boat Ride, Puppet Show

Meet your representative upon arrival and then enjoy a relaxing drive to Jaisalmer, which is called the Golden City of Rajasthan. Check into your pre-arranged accommodation and freshen up. Be ready as you head to admire the city’s charm with a scenic boat ride on Gadisar Lake, absorbing the region’s placid waters and desert landscapes. Later, watch a traditional puppet show, which showcases the folk tales and music that remained part of Rajasthan’s heritage for centuries

Day 2

Golden Fort, Jain Mandir, Patwon ki Haveli, Sam Sand Dunes, Camel Ride, Folk Dance

Today, you’ll join a fully guided tour to marvel at Jaisalmer’s legendary landmarks and desert experiences. Travel back to the city’s yesteryears as you wander the UNESCO-listed Golden Fort’s ramparts, palaces, and courtyards. You’ll next proceed to intricate Jain Temples, renowned for their detailed carvings and laid-back ambiance, and then discover the ornate Patwon ki Haveli, a series of beautifully decorated mansions, depicting the city’s architectural heritage. Afterward, tour the Sam Sand Dunes for a quintessential desert experience, encompassing a thrilling camel ride across the golden sands and a folk dance performance.

Day 3

Drive to Jodhpur; Visit Bishnoi Village

After breakfast and hotel check-out, our representative will drive you to Jodhpur, known as the Blue City of Rajasthan. En route, visit a traditional Bishnoi Village for an authentic glance into the region’s rural life. Interact with the locals, observe their handicrafts, and experience their renowned hospitality before traveling to Jodhpur. Following your arrival in Jodhpur, check in and settle into your room for a comfortable stay.

Day 4

Full Day local tour covering Ummaid Bhavan Palace Musuem Mehrangarh Fort Jaswant Thada Sanganeri Block Prints Demonstration

Today, you’ll take a full-day tour of Jodhpur. Departure

Depending on your departure timing, you can do last-minute shopping, explore your favorite sights, or simply relax in your room. After checking out of the hotel, your friendly driver will transfer you to the airport, guaranteeing a stress-free conclusion to your holiday.

Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.

Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.

For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.

Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
