Before the main show begins, guests can see an exquisitely designed cultural village inside the Siam Niramit complex. This cultural village highlights Thai homes built in traditional style, everyday village life, and local practices and traditions. This interactive area introduces you to Thai culture and prepares you to understand the show’s background when you watch it.

• Closed on Tuesdays.  
• Gate Opens:  5:30 pm - 10:30 pm. 
• Restaurant Time:  05:30 pm - 08:00 pm.
• Siam Niramit Show:  8:30 pm - 9:50 pm.

• The sharing transfer areas will be Kata, Karon, Patong. 
  
• All bookings are subject to availability and final reconfirmation. Time slots are only guaranteed once confirmed within 24 hours.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted in transfer vehicles or during tours.
• No refunds, amendments, or cancellations for unused, missed, partially used, or no-show services.
• Outside food and beverages may not be allowed as per venue regulations.
• The operator and suppliers are not responsible for loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience.
• Entry may be denied for non-compliance with venue rules, safety guidelines, or dress codes.
• Children requiring a separate seat will be charged as per applicable rates.
• Late arrival, missed transfers, or no-shows will be treated as cancellations with no refund. Guests missing transfers must arrange their own transportation.
• Unless stated as private, all tours and transfers operate on a shared basis.
• Waiting time may occur during peak hours, weekends, or public holidays.
• Seat allocation is subject to availability and first-come, first-served basis.
• Schedules and routes are subject to change due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions.
• For scheduled transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before the assigned pickup time.
